Yeah, I was talking more in general terms. The P+s are a much simpler design so stripping the satin and refinishing them is not a problem. The intricate design of the ELA would definitely make it difficult, but I'm sure that it's possible....just not recommended.

Here are some Hi-res finish pictures. The two units were not spruced up in any way, daily use photos warts and all. The ShockWave is two weeks old, the P+ well over a year old.

I have to check my ELA order/s ... re; 1 polished and 1 satin...
Got 5 AW IMR 500 (18490) last week... AW IMR 18650's are limited orders (at the time anyway)

Can't wait to hear about SuperT rba's...

I still haven't ordered any rings yet... at a loss to figure that out...

It worked, good close-ups....

The ShockWave is two weeks old, the P+ well over a year old.

The pics shows how well the 1 year old Satin finish has held up....the 2 week old Polished finish already shows some scratchs...

Yeah, such is life. Today it took its first really good fall, about shoulder height onto a linoleum floor. A very satisfying THWACK! Flat on the side belly flop. No damage.

Profile is perfect fit too... must be about what 20mm my guess...

best fit for ELA? figured that out yet?
I'd guess about 22mm... allowing for 24 at widest but less elsewheres
