Now if I could just get my Everzon order. It got to LA very quickly as well, but has now been sitting there for 10 days with no movement, even though it supposedly got through customs.

Yup. My sourcemore order was shipped within 24 hours and disappeared after clearing customs.

USPS Expedited is usually the fastest but my order hasn't moved since May 12th.80 days in transit so far.:(
According to FT it is mostly orders from May that are under a pile somewhere.

Mine must be under there somewhere with it. I want my krma and my pocket rda.

So far, my only problems have been with USPS. My orders from Chinese vendors (pre-Covid and one recent from Sourcemore) have always been shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Once they hit LA, they get stuck or disappear altogether--between Customs and USPS.

That's because USPS Postal service are stupid headso_O

They are also underfunded and swamped with orders they can't process in a timely manner. The recent spike in Covid cases in LA and constant threats of more shutdowns doesn't help.

So if you want your order delivered promptly give them a miss!

I have had very few problems with USPS in the past 15+ years. Maybe 5-10 problems that were all resolved, and that was hundreds of deliveries.

Ditto. I had only 1 (one) problem with a lost package--last November. But it wasn't resolved by USPS. I got a refund from FT--very decent of them, as it really wasn't their fault. They shipped. USPS didn't deliver.

You are right. USPS Expedited appears to be the fastest. I edited my earlier post. Long story. Please forgive me.

    Carry on.
    Here:

"Positive update on the $3.24 USPS Expedited Service that FT offers.

Another one of my packages was ordered on 16 July. Looked at USPS tracking earlier and saw "Shipping Partner: DHL Ecommerce". Hooray, my package is less than 90 miles away.

Seeing DHL involved was unexpected and most pleasing. I must take back what I said earlier about FT's USPS expedited service being a rip. This is one of the fastest in getting to the USA from FT that I've seen. 8 days. However...

It'll be interesting to see what the stoopid USPS does with it now. It could go to NYC, LA (or, or, or) and bounce around the country considering USPS doesn't have any reasonable clue about actual geography. Or it could end up here in a day or two. Or ???. Meantime, patience still rules the Day."

Totally agree. I've used DHL and FedEx in the last two months. DHL was like 4 days and FedEx was 3 - both from Europe. Works for me.

My next FT order I will pick DHL. No fuss, no USPS mess. Worth it IMO.

After 3 months, my FT order finally has landed in Chicago...the worst city as far as USPS is concerned. Everything I have that goes through Chicago gets lost.

Hey at Least it is Stateside.

That is about 90% of the Battle.

Well AFAIK "our" postal service has not gone on any mass killing sprees lately so you gotta give it props for that.

I hear fed ex and like USPS drivers are ecstatic they are not "allowed" to have homeowners sign so they just lob them from the trucks and like, take half their shift IDK doing what it is they do (I'd be drinking but I would not make a good delivery person I have a horrible sense of direction.)

They are delivering to the wrong country.

    :headbang:

Give our poor USPS a break. This is from their website:

ALERT: DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED. PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS® SERVICE WILL NOT CHANGE. READ MORE ›

You know what they say. :D
