I had 5 FT orders I was still waiting to get as of last Friday.
1st order placed May 10th (all items were shown as Ships Next Day) arrived Saturday.
All of the following was found by using PackageRadar that
@zoiDman linked to. (Thank you!) I'm
never going to use USPS tracking, nor 17track again for international packages. This shows so much more detail of what's actually going on with packages from China!
2nd order, placed May 10th (items with ships in 5 business days or longer) - Has shown "Processed
through facility in Shenzhen EMS, China" since May 24th, when using USPS tracking. Checked it just now, with PackageRadar, and it shows it's in Burlingame, CA in the possession of the USPS.
3rd order, placed on July 10th (items shown as Ships Next Day) - Package was accepted at the Shenzhen International Express Branch on July 23rd. So much for FT's claim that it would "Ship Next Day"! Made it's way quickly
through processing and shows on July 24th that it was Exported From the Departure Country at Guangzhou City.
4th order, placed July 11th (items supposed to Ship in 3-5 Business Days) - Has always said "Processed through facility in Shenzhen EMS, China" since July 20th when checking with USPS tracking. With PackageRadar, just now...it shows it was shipped/accepted by EMS on July 18th, and then "Customs Clearance Denied"
3 different times by The Shenzhen Exchange Bureau. 1st time was July 20th, then July 24th, and again on July 27th! Each time...it's left the Shenzhen Exchange Bureau, has gone to an EMS Processing Center, then another city, and then back to the Shenzhen Exchange Bureau
again. As of this morning...it's back at the Shenzhen Exchange Bureau yet again...to try for a 4th time to get through their Customs there.
I don't understand why it's
not being cleared! It contained nothing with a battery in it, or anything else hazardous. The only things in it are 10 syringes without needles and 6 packs of vape bands!!
5th order, placed July 12th (items shown as Ships in 7 Business Days) - Was actually accepted on July 19th by the Shenzhen International Express Branch of EMS.
But shows "Customs Clearance Denied" at the Shenzhen Exchange Bureau on July 22nd! It left there and went back to the Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center...where it's been sitting since July 23rd. Again, there's nothing to cause customs denial in
that package either!
So, it appears that FT isn't actually shipping packages when
they say they will for the most part. Also, that many delays are being caused by the repeated Customs Clearance denials...for apparently no good reasons!
