I'm calling the 224 number. Its the only one I have...should I be calling a different one?
I dunno. I tried calling both and left messages on both [with my customer ID, order number, and brief summary of being sent the wrong thing three times]. I don't think it would hurt to leave a message on the other number, which is here:
Vapor4Life - Google Maps

There also appears to be another email address listed there, but I haven't tried it.

Update: Chad from Vapor4Life just called me, apologized, personally built my order, and made sure to check if I needed anything else. He even made me laugh, lol. When I get my order in, I'll let everybody know whether or not I got my LQ30VIRGINIA-18 QTY4.

Please let us know how this turns out for you.

Just a note here; last nite I did pm one of the mods asking about members trying to resolve issues and having multiple issues. He advised that you can go here

Ecigarette Forum Contacts

and send a message to the ECF Complaints Officer who will try to help resolve any issues

Good useful info I think we'd probably all should all print out if possible, trying to search the forums with all of the upgrades has been a little slow lately!

Hope this helps anyone else as well!

I'm really sorry to hear about all this. Its almost a comedy of errors - except its not funny.

I've recommended V4L many times to many people and have personally bought a lot of things from them and never had a single problem.

I understand how you feel though and hope you have better experiences with others you deal with in the future.

I appreciate you asking the mods about my situation, Vchick! That link is also real handy; I pdf'ed it because it will be easier to find on my computer than if I printed it, lol.

I just want to thank everybody for being so helpful and supportive with this; you guys and gals r0xx0rz!

I have used V4L and never had a problem I know that they are a smaller company and have been getting swamped with orders from the last time I talked to them. I have also been told that they are upgrading their order system so give them a chance.
I gave them three chances. I'm giving them a fourth because they've been very professional with me so far, and mistakes happen. But if I don't get sent what I orginally ordered weeks ago this time, I think it's reasonable for me to say "well, I tried".

I still don't have my package. Shipped last wed and I'm in cincinnati..6 hour drive from them.

I still haven't been able to reach them! I called yesterday and today. I haven't been able to talk to anyone and I've between trying for the past 10 days.

This is really frustrating. I gave them 160 dollars and I would at least like to be able to talk to someone.

What's that other number for them besides the 224 one?

Thanks, snow

Yeah, that's the number I've been calling...I also got another number that I called and left a message.

I also sent an email today, telling them again that I've been trying to reach them.

So hopefully I

A. get my package tomorrow(best option) or

B. get a call from them or

C. get an email from them(one that DOESN'T tell me to "just call" like the one I got last week)

If none of those happen, then I'll make a thread on here to get their attention...in a nice way, though. I'm not mean :p

The above link lists the following number: (312) 613-0100.

I called both numbers, left messages on both, sent an email to their customer service account, and Chad got back to me. Here's to hoping you are able to contact someone who will fix the problem for you, painterface.

Storm, yes I got a tracking number...on the usps site, it's said the same thing earlier today that it did on Wednesday when it shipped.

Jephlewis, yeah that's the other number I called. So I did all the things you did.

I really do believe they'll get back to me. It's just a little frustrating that they haven't, yet.

...just checked the usps site again...says the same thing(the mail processing plant near where vapor4life is located). sigh.

If it were mine, I'd call the post office and get them started looking for it while I was waiting on V4L. My last order (over $100 worth of DIY nic juice from MFS) showed up on the USPS website as "delivery attempt made, notice left" last Friday afternoon. I was here all day that day however, there was no notice anywhere to be found, and the package was delivery confirmation, not signature confirmation. Long story short, after 3 back to back phone calls to the post office and much postal confusion, the box magically showed up in my mailbox on Saturday. I did call MFS to give them a heads up and confirm that my address was correct on the package, but was able to solve the whole thing without them having to get involved.

Basically, all any shipper can do is call the post office to track the package and then send you out a replacement order if the original can't be found. If you call the post office directly, most of the time they'll get their heads out far enough to find your package and get it to you before another one could be shipped. Postal efficiency at it's finest, screw it up and then scramble to cover it up. :p

I called the post office twice. First time the guy said, "well, if it's not here, it's not here."

He actually said that lol

But then he said he'd look into it, then hung up.

Next day I called and the lady was pretty unhelpful, saying there's nothing she can do and to contact the people who sent the package.

I'm going to call the post office again today and see what happens.

Here, I don't know if this will help or not, but I dug it out from the USPS website;

"If expected First Class® or Priority Mail® has not arrived within five (5) Postal business days from the mailing date, you should:

Call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) where a customer service representative will document your concern, OR email us your concern." The web form for their email is here: USPS - Frequently Asked Questions

You might also try contacting the sending post office. Pretty sure this is the number for the one V4L uses; (847) 251-6039

Update: I received my missing items today @ 3:15pm. Everything was correct; I even put some in a fresh cart and vaped it to make sure the bottle wasn't mislabeled or anything.

Chad personally took care of my order this time. I will also say that what was included this particular order adequately compensates me for the previous mistakes. I'll be doing business with Vapor4Life again.

Since Chad handled this, and I got the correct thing this time, the only thing I can suggest to people who are having order problems is to contact Chad.

Still no package, but they finally called me.

I talked to a girl named Christy(kristy?)

She said that they would reship it. I said, great, but what would be even nicer is to ship it overnight, since it would be about two weeks since I first ordered by the time I got it.

She countered with, "well, it seems like it's the post office's fault..overnight shipping is 25.00...we could offer it to you for 20.00"

I told her that regardless of who's fault it is, paying the 25.00 shipping to satisfy me is better for them in the long run, with me recommending them to friends and continuing using them for my ecig needs. And really, it just seems like the good-business thing to do.

She talked to her supervisor and said they would do that.

So, I guess I'll be getting my package either tomorrow or the next day.

It was cool of them to overnight it...that quelled the bad taste I got from not being able to reach them.
