Okay, now I'm scared after reading this.
Same thing has happened to me, Vapor4Life has charged my debit card twice. I wrote them early this morning to try to resolve this issue and asked they get right back to me. I have heard nothing. No excuse for that! Personally, I have really enjoyed their juices although a couple of my orders were missing juices (replaced by another). V4L better get their act together because now there are just too many reliable vendors who will indeed give the service and product they promise.

The only way I could get a response (after waiting about a week) was to PM steve through the forum. I wish you luck, just remember you can go to your bank, and they will know it was a duplicate charge and they will reverse it for you and do a charge back against V4L, that is if V4L doesn't correct the error for you....Keep me posted!

Seems I've seen a few threads lately with some problems, did you go into their forum and post? Here's the link;

Vapor4Life

If I were you and tried twice, I'd pm one of the associates on their forum, seems that they've been actively posting there, also don't know what the rules are for contacting a mod on this, since they're listed as a "forum supplier"

Definately worth a shot!
Let us know how you make out

Vchick, That is exactly what I would have recommended as well at one point, but have since revised my thinking in that regard. A little background first. I have been having problems with V4L also...as is my sister who I encouraged to order from them, as well as several friends. Now I am really embarrassed because they have ALL been having the same or similar problems. The biggest being battery/carto problems (many don't fit unless the customer retools them) and also with V4L arbitrarily making substitutions on nearly every order when they don't have items in stock. To their credit, they do replace unwanted substitutions if you complain. But something is seriously lacking with their quality control if this is happening to so many people...many within my small circle of family/friends.

Now (at last) the reason I no longer direct people to the V4L forum. The problem with expressing a concern or problem there is obvious if you take a look at the few people who have bravely attempted to do just that. They are literally verbally attacked by several overly-zealous defenders of V4L. Usually, all the same people. Its not pretty, they get "nasty". After reading a few posts, I decided it was better to move elsewhere to post my concerns or just say nothing. They make it very clear at that forum that negative posts are "not allowed" (direct quote)...and have openly posted that sentiment. Its like some sort of weird supplier fan club...ie. "don't mess with my supplier" sort of thing.

Ultimately, the entire thread gets "closed down" by the moderator because it gets too ugly. Nope, I wouldn't recommend throwing yourselves to the wolves in that forum. I personally thought the e-cigarette forum was for both positive and negative reviews. A way of "policing" for us (so to speak)...and for "our" benefit. It was my understanding, that to advertise here is supposed to be a privilege...one that is earned and expected to be maintained. If a supplier is not performing up to the forums standards, they need to know its unacceptable and that we will not buy from them until they clean up their act. Otherwise, whats the point?

Yes, sending a PM would spare us from any uncomfortable confrontations in an open forum, but I wonder how helpful that is to those who are looking for some sort of quidance here in choosing a reputable supplier. I suggest it might be more effective (and prudent) to open a thread outside of the supplier's forum so that others (and the person with the complaint) can see if the problem is merely an islolated incident or something that has become a pattern of unacceptable policy or behavior. Am I wrong in looking at it that way? Opposing points of view will be cheerfully considered...promise. :)

I am really surprised that no V4L fanboys have shown up here, to tell us we are just a bunch of complainers! When I started two threads about this, I was jumped all over by a couple of there die hard fans. As if getting the run around from V4L was not bad enough, these guys had to get there two cents in. One of them tried quoting me to show me how I was wrong and he was right. I had my reply all figured out for him and, when I went to reply V4L had locked the thread, not before Mark replied thank you and how he appreciates his support, to the fanboy running me down. Now that is customer service.....NOT!! I am still waiting for the correct juices I paid for to get here. It has been two weeks!

Aloha mi528hz! Well you are one of the poor victims I was referring to in my previous post on this thread LOL! (please see Post #82). Let me apologize at this point for not jumping in to defend you over there, but I must admit I am a "weenie" when it comes to open confrontation. Plus I don't think I could have added anything to the repartee that would have convinced that pack to put down their torches and pitchforks. I figured I'd better run outta' that forum before I got hurt! What is the deal there...V4L "groupies"? Are they a rock group or a supplier?

Regarding the V4L order abnormalities, I share your pain, so at least we can be "fellow whiners" united. I won't regurgitate my whole situation again in this post, but I am ready to say "uncle" in sending my constructive-criticism-emails to V4L. You might call me a "kinder, gentler" sort of complainer and I can honestly say, I gave it my best effort. Unfortunately it fell on deaf ears. I was sent a few freebies to pacify me, but no effort was made to implement or consider a policy change over there. And a policy change is what they desparately need. With all the money they must waste on replacement and re-shipping expense, they could afford to hire a first-rate quality control guru...complete with staff to make it work. I just don't get it.

But I do want to congratulate YOU on your fine showing in the arena...er, I mean the forum at V4L. I think you held up rather well, given the ferocity and vitriole of the special forces unit over there. I may have been mum, but I was rooting for you. I found myself actually bummed when the mod closed the thread...I just knew you were ready for them in your follow-up post. Darn! I hate when that happens. Regards, Sj

Aloha Salliezoo, Thank you for your words. I have been thinking that maybe V4L has done voodoo on there product so, if you vape it long enough you will turn into a braindead zombie and, coming back for more! Just kidding. I should be finaly receiving my replacement juices today, is what the USPS is saying. I will post here tonight if it is all there. Other than these few "groupies" ECF is full of great, smart, and considerate folks like you. This is what has kept me coming back. I was planing on just shutting down my account on here when I was getting jumped on by them and, they got me banned for three days by the mods. As I already got the info I needed to get me started vaping. Nice folks like Trashcancandy and vchick PM'ing me with there kind words kept me here. Godspeed.

oh yeah, I forgot to mention..

I got a different color case,

got different color batteries(I knew that would be different though, because I mentioned something on the phone...wouldn't have known if I didn't mention it)

and different flavor juice

but at that point I was just happy to finally get my friggin order that it didn't matter as much

oh! annnd three of the blank cartomizers(along with one ry4) doesn't screw all the way on three of the five batteries I got. weird.

it's kind of funny...I went with them because I heard their customer service was so spectacular...then it took almost two weeks to finally talk to someone on the phone and my order was switched around without telling me. ah well.

Okay, been there, done that with the cartomizer not fitting on the battery scenerio. My sister and a friend of mine, same problem. We are told its the threads on the battery that are the problem. Rub steel wool on them, and "it will be fine." We all did that, it WASN"T fine. One of them my husband managed to force on, but that affects the draw Then they told us to use sand paper or (are you ready?) a "nail file"...and rub on the threads. Nope, that didn't work either.

So I called them rather then email again and explained the situation again. The rep assures me it is the battery and an isolated incident from a bad shipment...and to do more steel wool rubbing and nail filing. Meanwhile my sister had now rubbed the paint off of one of her batteries trying to retool them (and she is now considering a new career in the tool & dye business). Someone At V4L did send my sister two new batteries. However, I think she still has two boxes of cartos that won't fit on them either. Meanwhile, I ordered 2 more batteries in another style in hopes that I might do better trying a different batch-- hopefully from a different shipment. I specifically asked them on that order in the "comments" box to check the batteries BEFORE they shipped them to see if they worked. I am hoping they will do that, they made no comment on that request. The order has not yet arrived, so I will see how that goes. In the meantime, I bought a Joye eGO from Vapor Kings that I am using instead. Its very cool (and works).

I had two orders that they sent substitutions for items that were out of stock. Then, they had to replace the substitutions with stuff that I actually "wanted". After reading these posts, that seems to be their policy now rather than working on their quality control issue. So to those who have had good experiences with V4L, I'm happy for you. Apparently, the rest of us here are either just plain unlucky or are being punished by the almighty for some egregious deed in our pasts. I really have tried to maintain my sense of humor thru out all this (even joked with the V4L guy who told me to use the dreaded nail file on my batts). And to be fair, they were quite good natured in their communications with me. But they do not seem to be addressing the crux of the problem, which is poor QC...at least that was never expressed to me. So, I think I may just eat my losses, grab my eGO, and move on.

UPDATE: Well I did get the 2 batteries and box of cartos I ordered today and...THEY WORK! Maybe my luck is going to change for the good here and/or I have been forgiven for all my past transgressions. It looks like Chad handled this one, so it seems he really is the go-to guy over there. I see on the invoice that my comment about checking the batteries was circled...and initialed, so, yes it appears that someone really is paying attention afterall. And they did send generous gift offerings yet again to pacify me... which I grudgingly admit is proving to be effective. Apparently I CAN be bought...I feel so shameless! I am hoping this is a good sign that things may turn around at V4L in the QC department. And if everyone keeps postings, we can stay abreast of any patterns of progress...or regress. Happy vaping...sj

Well I received my replacements replacement today and, the packing slip had a nice little note on it for me. "Sorry out of espresso 5ml low so we're sending one pack of espresso 4m." Signed TD. This is a 5 pack of cartos that have a female end. Mine take male threads, so these are worthless to me.
Nice of them to decide for me what to replace it with.

A change in quality control policy is exactly what needs to happen; it helps them, and it helps us. Maybe just one more person checking each order before it gets sent out, even.

Totally agree about the wasted money on freebies part.

I ordered a new carrying case and car charger today from them, and am waiting to see if everything arrives correct *crosses fingers*.

So, since it's established that quite a few of us have had the wrong thing sent to them, how long has it been going on? When did it start?

Crazy isn't it!? I am not even going to waist my time requesting that. I now have 9 out of 10 bottles I ordered plus, one extra one, they sent two of one time. I will call it even. Did you notice the first guy from my first thread on V4L, is having problems now?http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vapor4life/123780-i-didnt-want-believe-but-its-true.html

My last WOW carto order got me some CoolCarts. I just ordered some more WOW carts yesterday, so I guess I'll find out what I get in a couple days?!?

Why can't they just make it where you can't add them to the cart like some of the juices if they're out of stock? Then you'd at least know not to be expecting what you wanted...

I would imagine that their inventory system is tied to their point of sale system. When you order something it depletes it from their book inventory but when they ship the wrong items or the wrong quantity (which seems to be happening a lot lately) their physical inventory no longer matches the book. I don't know how often they do physical inventory counts but I do know that they their website does remove items when they are no longer available. Luckily the few (minor in comparison) issues I have had have been resolved quickly. I have only had two orders where I was sent the wrong item or quantity. Once they sent the correct item out and the other mistake was actually in my favor but def leaves me thinking that their physical inventory has got to be a mess.

So why are they still allowed to advertise here!? Why are they still in the recommended supplier list? I guess the money they advertise with is more powerful than our words. I too got the wrong order from them. Fortunately for me I liked the flavor substitute, but an email would have been nice allowing me options. Anyway live and learn there are plenty of great places to buy from.

It is crazy how they turned my situation around on there forum so, I would look like the idiot. Then they lock the thread so, I can not tell the truth about it. Now there fan club posts just enough threads to bury mine of their front page. One of their fan boys even went as far as to say "you are just missing 5ml of juice that is not bad" I couldn't believe what I was reading! I paid for it, I should get it right?

I finally received a short email from someone at V4L, unsigned (which I found strange). Apparently the (unknown) employee finally caught my second email and has promised to credit my account. That was three days ago and I have not seen the credit. Although, to be fair, we've had other suspicious activity on our card so we have a new account number as of yesterday.

However, if V4L tried and failed to credit my old account they should have notified me immediately.
Just sent another email with new acct. number and all the information they need to rectify this problem and if they don't, I'll report to my bank.
I've very disappointed with V4L and now I wonder how ethical and capable they are.

On 9/15 I ordered 4 bottles of WOW 555. Got the order real fast-9/17. When I opened the package it was 4 bottles of regular 555. The minute I saw the error I got on the forum and PM'd Chad. He instantly PM'd me back saying he would send out the corrected bottles that day. No email no tracking number nothing! Thursday 09/23 still no order. All the orders I have ever made were here within 3 days. PM'd Steve...no reply at all. Called V4L to get a voicemail and leave a message. They finally called me back and said that Chad did not send them out on Friday as promised, but they think they went out either Monday or Tuesday. Well here it is Saturday, mail has already come and still no package. I have done everything everyone suggested. I have PM'd Chad and Steve. I have called them twice. Still don't have the right juice. I don't know what's up!!!!
