im confused. ProVape site says this "
  • 2 Extension Rings (All three battery sizes can be used with the P3) (18350,18500,18650)

you use 490's fine tho?

What TO said. AW 18500, is pretty much the same as everyone else's 18490. For the most part, Provape recommends the AW 18500 battery. But you don't have to use the AW, you can use other brands. Now me? I always tend to use what the Mother Ship recommends, so I have an arsenal of SW 18500's for my P3.

Funnily enough, before I noticed the switch had perished I was trying out various Orings, large subtank one was the best fit :)

Wasn't good enough though, I'd have to find a better fit. I'm sure the board moving up was what caused stress to the rubber switch, as it was being pressed at an angle.

I'm thinking I'm the only ProVarinati who doesn't like Ti. The wonderful folks at ProVape allowed me to return it, even though I'm outside of the seven day window. Maybe the raspberry

I don't have A TI Robin. I don't have a like or dislike for or against them. The lightness aspect, just doesn't matter to me. But I have a feeling I wouldn't care much for one as I prefer a bit more heft in my hand. (headsoutofthegutterfolks!)

Don't take it too hard. The print is small and you're old. ;)

True and more true!

2.5mm Thick x 15mm ID will work perfectly

hrmm maybe we should let provape know.... thats direct from the p3 page.

Thats what the mother ship says.

18490 or 18500 batteries both work in the P3 and 2.5 (in the 2.5 requires button top).

Never heard of anyone using 18500's.

The mother ship sells the AW 18490's. After being apart of the two parts of the P3 thread I don't recall anything being said about 18500.

I have both types - 18490 and 18500 (more 490s than 500s, though). The 18500 compresses the spring a bit more, but I haven't had any issues with them in the provaris (2.5 or P3).

Yes, they do, but you know that 18500's work just the same in a P3. When I bought my first P2.5, I used Efest 18500's and they worked just fine. I used them in my P3, until I started buying AW Batteries.
