Have a great afternoon everyone. I didn't post this earlier in the week, but my brother who is now down here, wound up back in the hospital. He's doing better and has been released again, but we're going to head down and spend the afternoon with them and have dinner. We're fixing Cheesy Orzo, with shrimp and scallops and chicken. I'll take a pic and post it when it's served!
