Not sure if anyone posted this, but Provari Wrapz are on sale for $3 at ProVape. 2.5 and Mini, I would guess..

Edit: I personally am not going to hide the beautifulness of my two Gold ZenKotes, so no wraps for me. Yes, I said beautifulness. As long as I don't run into a gang of tough vapers that hate shiny things, I doubt I will ever get pummelled for using gold Provaris. :p

So, for those of you who own the fabulous Kabuki, I made a discovery--the Triton MINI coils are nautilus-compatible, meaning that the 1.8Ω Clapton coils for the Triton Mini work in the Kabuki. All I can say is WOW!!!!!! If you have a Kabuki and haven't tried them yet, do yourself a favor and get a pack of them, I seriously doubt you'll be disappointed.

P3 or 510 Kabuki? And what's better (like I need to buy more/different coils)?

What is the point of a Clapton coil? Flavor? Clouds? There are actually some of us who haven't tried them.

Flavor mostly. More surface area and the small valleys in the outer wire act somewhat like an extra wick to carry more juice to the heat and hold a bit more as well. Downside is they LOVE to drink juice so it goes a bit quicker. That being said I love some good Clapton or fused Clapton builds.

I had very different experience with a Clapton Triton/Nauti coil in my P3 Kabuki.

It seems the Claptons might be best for the mid to high watts vapers. As even 10 watts is high for me, I'll not be re-buying them. Also, didn't last and probably flooded -- something I've not had with nauti's. As always, YMMV.

As Mikey said, it's mostly flavor. I couldn't care much less about clouds, but I seriously appreciate being able to discern nuances in flavor. Though flavor is definitely subjective, I found that the Claptons really shined when it came to my most complex flavors.

Right now, my P3 is at 9.2w, 4v and I've had no issues whatsoever with leaking or longevity. Granted I've only had the coil in since Tuesday and I haven't used any other mod since. (And it's seen it's share of use given the number of times I've refilled it.) I'm sorry your experience wasn't the same, but so far, mine has been exceptional.

I only have the P3 and Z2 versions (I have a pair of ZNAs that see use from time to time) and they've worked on both, though I haven't touched the ZNAs since the Stealth one came in... :)

We interrupt your regularly scheduled programming for this important community announcement....

I've been a part of an ECF vendor subforum for 3-1/2 years (not ProVape). I'm guessing there is AT LEAST 150,000 posts to date and counting in this subforum, probably many more. I was a moderator for most of those posts until the vendor took it over and I resigned the job because had I kept it I would not be able to post anywhere else. Either way, I was a part of that subforum from the very first post (I was the first post). I've read every comment ever posted in the subforum. Yep, all 150,000+ of them. In this time I had to kick out one person and delete maybe 3 comments due to inappropriateness (a handful of others for inadvertently not following process rules). Beyond that, it was rare...VERY rare for there to be any squabbles, name calling, or insinuations. People just got along. Perhaps because three of the members of that subforum shared their final days on Earth with us, it gave us a deep appreciation to be certain we were nice to each other because we never really know when our last day is going to be and we never wanted to regret anything we said. In the end, we are/were just good people. For those of you who doubt this story...ask Ms. Robin. She was there with me.

Why do I bring this up? Because I have been a part of this ProVape subforum for a good while now and it seems there are as many days as not where members are snipping and sniping at one another. I swear, at times, I have entered an episode of the Bickersons. Stop a minute (me included). Ask yourself. If one of us...any of us...got in a car wreck and departed this dear Earth would you be able to live with the last comment you made to that person? In the end, all we're talking about is vape gear. We're not responsible for one another. We're not relatives. We don't see each other. It's vape gear. It's just vape gear. A collection of inanimate molecules. Vape gear. That's all.

Something to keep in mind when we address one another. Yes, me included.

Back to regularly scheduled programming. :)

Very interesting. @ThePaladin. Early reports on the Triton mini coils stated that the pin was too fat to fit in the 510 kabuki. Did you change the pin or did you get a perhaps newer batch of coils? Or, did you use the Z2?

I just realized my typo - I have the P3 and Z2 versions, and the Triton Mini coils worked in both tanks right out of the box. I've had zero issues using them in both. I do not have a 510 version of the kabuki, so I can't speak to that particular issue.

My goodness, the Bronze speaks, lengthy and well said. :)

I think it's simply a continual shift of the forum becoming more like many other on-line places (rude, argumentative and loaded with drama) and it's filtering to this subforum, sadly. Or, maybe the election season, the superbowl angst and ANTZ are just making people grumpy.
