As far as elected officials, sure they makes us feel like they're listening before they get into office, but once there, they can't give "our lil problem" a care in the world. I've lost count of how many of them were willing to fight the good fight until they got into office!

I bought one tonight at VapeRev...
I've been off nicotine for two years this April, but have found vaping to still be a necessity.
This juul device DOES contain nicotine, but it is very smooth...enough that I can hit it and it doesn't blow my SOCKS off!
The started pack is $50, and comes with everything you need!
If any of you try it, let me know how you like it!
I think this is a GREAT -first- setup for a new vaper, so keep this in mind!
Just get them used to vaping, and if they like it enough, you know where they should go next!

These types of products are "fascinating"... the cost per ml of the vliquid is simply astounding. 4 pods to a pack for the low low price of only $15.99. By my math, that's 4 bucks a pod. Each pod holds 0.7ml ...................................... :facepalm:

I saw a YouTube video that suggested you can refill these cartridges with your own juice. Was no narrative in the video but appeared to be quite easy.

Let me see if I can find it again...

Well, thats the question. Their juice is 5% nicotine, not 5mg. Im just not sure what that means in terms of strength. They claim 1 cartridge = 1 pack of smokes. I'm not sure how that breaks down for the juices I make at 18mg. I'm sure there is some math there (.7ml @5% = X mg) but I never was very good with arithmetic!

I am tired DP. I have been fighting regs on two battlefields. On the other ( aeromodeling) we had won. Granted a special exclusion to regulation with legislation on the books protecting the sanctity of our hobby if conducted within the realm of our self policing organization which has an impeccable decades long safety record. End result, the FAA stomps all over this countries own laws and imposes a mandatory " Drone Pilot Registration" rules, with hefty fines for non compliance. That's right, because I own model airplanes weighing over one half pound, I had to register with the FAA and pay for a license or I could be fined up to $20,000!!?

Forgive me if I am sour and defeatist towards our battle here. I have lost faith in government and believe in my heart that greed and darker forces are driving the wheels.

I'd love to disagree and argue with you (just a bit), E, but I'm afraid I can't. And while I'm unable to stop myself from fighting, it's impossible for me to condemn anyone who can't take it anymore.

This whole thing stinks, and is undermining one of the greatest economic & health success stories of our time. The economic part was done without even one single penny of municipal funding. Rare are such successes (without "contribution"), and even rarer are those that will also save millions of lives. The travesty before us...

Power corrupts, and we have granted them WAY too much power. By course or force, we need to take it back, or suffer consequences so many others (in this great, wide world) have known. Freedom isn't for free.

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

This is why I will fight for vaping till either we win or my dying day:

I also saw a video that said the same--may be the same vid. What was also said is the vape with your own juice doesn't perform anywhere near as close as this does with Pax's awesomely amazing specially formulated nic strength.....May not be his exact words but y'all get the point. :banana:

I bought the Phillip Morris version (VUSE) in an emergency situation and the tiny tanks last a suprisingly long time as the juice is like 45-50mg. Not exactly apples to apples to my 13w with 6mg and 60w with 3mg juice. I actually don't hate the one I have. Think it was $10 with one tank and 2 refills were $7.

Eeeek! 1.2% = 12mg, 1.8% = 18mg, etc. I know those are correct, but 50mg sounds insane. My math isn't great (I'm a product of the US school system), but I think .7ml@5% might equal 36mg.

Seems from what I remember of math, you're correct. Can you say addiction? If you get used to that level, you'll want more. If you want more, you'll buy more. Simple economics.

I remember reading that for many of us, all it takes is about 3 cigarettes for someone to become addicted. In fact, it's one of the easiest to acquire addictions and one of the most bloody difficult to rid oneself of. This is after all, why we're addicted to vape juice. Sure, it's infinitely healthier for us, but addicting none-the-less.

I marvel at someone like HB who can vape 0% nic juice. I realize there is a mental addiction to act of inhaling and exhaling. We are all likely mentally addicted to mere act of exhaling smoke/vapor.

Or it could be that .7ml cartridges will last a very long time, since after a couple of puffs you'll be nic sick.

Ha Ha! I just made 238 ml of 6 mg/ml base. Cost of the nic= $1.25
cost of the pg/vg = less than a dollar, much less... vaping like a fiend because I buy in bulk = Priceless :lol: Flavorings at the level I use them add much less than a buck per 30ml bottle.

My biggest problem with these throw away pods, cartos, capsules, whatever they come out with, is the fact that it is just another one time use item that is adding to the plastic waste stream.
