Well, I'm going to take exception to this remark. NC is a very big state with a lot of diversity, and bad mouthing a state because of what a few bone head politicians did is just wrong.

Anyone with half a brain in their head can see that the law will not survive in todays world, and as far as what bathroom to use, common sense would dictate using the one that the individual chooses to present as, for their own safety, and for the discretion and comfort of other people present, regardless of what an ill thought out law states.

Point of order. I'm "bad mouthing" The State, aka boneheaded politicians.
The State, the population, different entities entirely although in a sensible world The State should represent the population.

I've come to the conclusion that most restrictions that are enacted based on "the children" are lies. Vaping and this ridiculous crap in NC are the first two examples that come to mind.

Essentially the same way anti-sodomy laws were enforced: someone calls the police to lodge a complaint, the police respond, and the "offender" is arrested. So, in this case what you'll most likely end up with is some shrill harpy calling 911 the second anyone with even remotely masculine features sets foot in a public ladies' restroom, probably howling that some "pervert" is threatening to assault another woman or some similar BS. What would be mildly amusing would be if it ended up being a cisgender woman who just happens to be tall, large-framed, deep-voiced, or some combination thereof.

The other, even more ludicrous, enforcement option: post guards at the entrance to every public restroom in the state and demand everyone subject themselves to visual genital inspection to ensure they have the right junk to pee there.

PNC Let's go Islanders.

I am stuck in Denver and just got back from seeing Wild and Avs. Actually a huge game due to wildcard implications. Real good game until the Wild blew it out in the 3rd.

Sucks though as I had tickets for the Leafs and Boston tonight in Toronto that I had to give up.
