No need to ever say your sorry for expressing your personal opinions. You will always find yourself at odds with other peoples thoughts or beliefs at some point or another and I for one find it refreshing when people can express those thoughts and have an adult dialogue regarding it.

This is a sad day for vaping in America. I am thankful that I have my hoard but can't help but think of all the people who won't be able to stop smoking as easily as we have.

Imagine what the activity would be like if Provape had started the blem sales of 2.5's now. I am thankful for those and all other great devices they have offered us before things get difficult.

Guys and gals, I spoke with Provape about the awful Deeming Regulations. This was their comment, which Vape360 said I could post:

"We are aware of the FDA regs, but being a 499 page document, there is no way we have been able to digest it all in a busy afternoon. Of course with the big news, all of the support groups like CASAA and SFATA have meetings scheduled in the coming weeks with all members to digest this document once their attorneys have been able to go through it all. It's our initial understanding that the FDA has plans to shutdown 99% of the vape industry as we know it and the only ones that can play will be big tobacco.

If this is the case, then it's hard to say how long ProVape and many other great companies, hardware and liquid will be around. We certainly have to evaluate things and determine our options as we learn more. As always, we love our customers, fans and Vape friends around the world and hope for the best."

This is me speaking now. If our government does this to us and we do all we can to stand up to them, it will be a cold day in hades when I put even $.01 in the pockets of any BT company.

Sucky, yes, but it's not over, yet. For now, I'm just waiting for more information on what the regs actually entail before I react and buy more vape gear.

The Black Market is going to continue ... I already supply several vapers with Black Market eLiquid (I brew it up in my kitchen).

With one of the largest Chinese communities in North America ... we already have the supply routes set up (those in the know, understand what the Pacific Mall is all about).

A fatalist view IMHO. If we all took this position, we have no one but ourselves to blame for doing nothing and letting the FDA railroad us back into the arms of BT. Maybe what we do will accomplish nothing. But not trying seems wrong. However, I do agree we need to be prepared and make sure we have enough of what we need.

I'm going to fight however. I hope all my Vape Brothers and Sisters do as well.

My strategy is to admire my hoard, confirm some offshore sources for high concentration nic, then support the legal fight that will be brought by vendors, and other ecig stakeholders and industry associations.

Although there will be big damage to B&M's and smaller if not most US vendors, the legal battles are about to begin and will need our support to at a minimum modify these regulations. Recent British medical findings are just the first round of ammunition helping us show the huge health benefit and savings to society as a whole that vaping provides.

I remain well prepared but optimistic!
