It says live streaming on ESPN3.com
You'll prob have to log in using your cable provider log in, or maybe download ESPN3 app if you're on a tablet or iPad.
ETA: Yes, what I said above is correct.
Online via ESPN3.com - You will have to log in by first selecting your cable provider, then your online ID and password for your cable provider.
It would be the same combination to access your cable company online, or should be.
On a tablet, or iPad, get the app from the App Store (free), then same as above if you were online.
I just got both online and my iPad set up, so I could tell you for sure.
