Here's a bit more detail about what is currently offered:
Radius – polycarbonate
P3 –
Satin Silver: fine media blasted (matte) stainless steel
Vapeaversary Edition - Satin Sliver with a jeweled firing button
Stealth: matte CeraKote (triple coated)
Titanium – fine media blasted (matte) titanium
Ice Finish: course media blasted (matte) stainless steel
Polished: High shine polished stainless steel
Tiffany Blue, Zombie, Satin Black, White/Black Fade: matte CeraKote
Satin Silver Celtic Knot: fine media blasted (matte) stainless steel, engraved
Polished/Satin Hybrid: Half fine blasted, half polished stainless steel
Gloss White: gloss (CeraKote?)
Deep Sea Blue, Raspberry: I’m not sure. It’s not ZenKote™. It may be CeraKote. They appear in the pictures to be shiny metallic, but might be gloss (I can't tell). ProVape offers an Metallic Emerald Green on the sales page that is gloss. I think it's CeraKote; I have one, it’s very shiny.
Classic – The same colors as above, except
Gun Metal Grey: gloss ZenKote™
Black/Red Hybrid: matte CeraKote
2.5 – I’m not sure about the new colors.
Harlequin Green
Ruby Red
Sangria Purple
Lagoon Blue
Pink Ribbon Edition
Pearl White: (appears more matte than Gloss White)
They are not ZenKote™, but may be metallic (or gloss) CeraKote. It appears to be the same finish as Deep Sea Blue and Raspberry.

GloVari: matte Cerakote
Blem P3: Black Satin: matte CeraKote
Gold ZenKote: gloss ZenKote™
Dragon: High shine polished stainless steel, engraved
They previously offered finishes like “Soft Touch” (that is sort of like the feel of a matte black eGo), and “Metallic Bronze” (that is sparkly, rather than gloss and has a slightly textured feel). The 1.0 also came in chrome and black chrome. The only ZenKote™ colors offered have been Gold and Gun Metal. There have been special editions and one-off models, but you won't see them on the ProVape website.
If you're interested in the new colors, you should probable contact ProVape for more information. The pictures on the website are often inaccurate. If you see an older model for sale and aren't sure about the color, ask us.
Perhaps @LittleBird will chime in, she just got a Raspberry P3.
To me, they all feel cool to the touch if not handled, no matter what the finish (the Radius less so), but warm up (and stay warm) if you are using them. Note: I keep my house about around 60 degrees, so other people's ProVaris might feel warmer.
***Update*** LittleBird says the Raspberry is glossy, so my guess is all of the new colors are, except for Pearl White, which I have a feeling might be kind of iridescent, like the Bronze.

We need people to post about new colors. ProVape has been adding them so fast it's hard to keep up. It used to be only two or three new colors at a time, several months apart, so you could read what people had to say about them (and see pictures) before you made up your mind. If I hadn't seen real pictures I doubt I would have bought a Bronze.

It may not be the hottest new toy, but it looks amazingly cool in its Serenity Gear sleeve.
It vapes exactly like my other P3's
Yup, the finish does feel cold - not at all like the black or soft blue. Feels kind of like an enamel finish. I suspect that it's Cerekote. I've never felt ZenKote, so I don't know how they compare. Color wise, it's more mulberry than raspberry. Pretty, but a bit dusky. They perhaps don't have mulberries in Washington State, and didn't know better.
Bloody h---! Buffalo just scored. Time to refill le 'Buki, but with 6mg nic!

"...like an enamel finish." So it's glossy, as opposed a "metallic shiny" that, to me, looks sort of like anodized aluminum?
