Sorry if everyone has already seen this, I must have missed it? for you Kabuki fans.....

I've decided to bag a Kabuki, not sure that I will get on with it but I loved my beyond vape Silo before I found subtanks, so im sure I can love MTL again. If I dont love it then ill gift it to someone at christmas.

Where does one procure such a gadget?
That would make me obtain a Kabuki!

Well, it's been more than a fun day for me. The plumber just left. Had a pipe leaking and didn't know it until water started coming out on the floor. Fortunately, most of my house has tile floors and now two big holes in the walls. :( Have to call my insurance company to get someone out to do the clean up.

Then I had a friend called me. Wanted me to talk to his sister about vaping. She's 60 and collapse yesterday. The doctor said she has some kind of blockage and the start of COPD so she must stop smoking. She doesn't know anything about vaping, except that she has seen other people using the devices. Her first concern was she doesn't want to use something that doesn't look like a cigarette. Like really? Are people's priorities mixed up? How much of a kick in the lungs do you need to know before you attempt something else that is safer?

Sorry about the plumbing issues. I know how frustrating it can be. The condo owner above us installed a new faucet, improperly and all of sudden water starting coming out of the lighting fixtures in our kitchen. Fortunately for us, drywall repairs are covered by the association, but it's still disruptive when you have water coming from places water shouldn't be coming from.

Maybe get your friend a ciga-like and see if she'll at least give it a try. Then see if she'll migrate to something better. Many of us, myself included started with ciga-likes. Us old dogs have to start somewhere, so maybe start her in her initial comfort zone?

Calm down love before you short out your pacemaker ~ :) You've been on ECF long enough to know it doesn't matter who started the thread--if ti gets bad enough, Robin or CW will swoop in.

Let me give a lil advice ~ becoming combative with someone b/c you want them to take their feelings elsewhere is not going to make them take their feelings elsewhere.

It really is easy to contact a mod.

I know I can reach a mod if'n I need to. But I did start this thread and if someone thinks I'll sit quietly while they start sumpin here, I just can't, uh, er, won't. I guess I'm just wired that way my dear!

Thanks for that one TO, found it very interesting, and fun on a personal level.

That's alot of emo for being lactose intolerant.

I got more of a Romeo and Juliette kind of thing, he, lactose intolerant, she, gluten intolerant. After digging around and watching a few vids, I'm seeing that they are a unique act of "performance art".

Imagine being told tomorrow that you can no longer consume 90% of your favorite things in life, and that you would have to spend countless hours re-learning how to feed yourself to avoid things that will harm, or eventually kill you if you consumed them, and then imagine what it is like to watch TV, with images of these things, flashed at you in all their glory, day after day after day...

We can't judge other people's pain.

 :)

I just love my local Vape Shop. They know I take two of their juices and mix them 50/50. I stopped by on my way home tonight and this is what they had waiting for me!

It produces great vapor for a flavor chasing atty. Relative to a Velocity, a Marquis, or even a Doge, not so much. But really great flavor! Just sayin ;)
I think I had a clone Marquis but that was a long time ago. IIRC I wasn't impressed.

Hi gnees (sorry never done that and just had to at least once!). I was happy to have your back.

My blend is pretty simple. It's a 50/50 blend of a juice they call Smooth, which is kind of like the cigs (rhymes with Roxboro, but starts with Marl) and Menthol. If'n you like tobacco flavors with menthol, I think it's great. Feel free to PM if you'd like to order some.

I feel you but at the end of the day there's nothing worth getting yourself a slap on the wrist for.....more times that not these internet squabbles loose their fizzle when we don't give it all out attention.

Eeek! I forgot. I'm so glad you thought it was fun.

They are the same group who made the "What Does The Fox Say?" video.

I hear ya, but nothing I said was going to get me slapped and when I see something that is just wrong, I'm going to say something. Like I said, it's just how I'm wired. Now, don't get me wrong. I do not enjoy confrontation. But I won't shy away when I see someone getting completely out of line.

I quit using two eGo twists and used them even after getting a ProVari so I'm sure they work. The issue is more about "what people will think" than wanting to quit smoking.

2+packs a day, 42 years, and a EVOD did it for me. These could work.

40 year smoker, about 1.5 PAD for about the last 10 yrs. I quit with a JoyeTech standard 650 eGo (followed a couple months later by a Twist). I was tobacco-free for 6 months before I got a ProVari.

ETA: And the eGo was the blue foam type, no tank.

I don't think we're supposed to discuss water pipes here.

Psst....it was a water pipe in the attic. Looks like it's been leaking for a while until everything got saturated and finally started spilling out on the floor.
Which pipe?
