Nah.
We have.. nevermind. Would take too much time to explain. But a dead bird is never an obligatory accessory.

I'm guessing it will take less time than tonight's rendition of Alice's Restaurant for the 50th ani special.

How can you have a celebration without a dead bird?

For Birdies sake, I'll just say our pagan celebrations include a lot of tasty meals, but none have an emphasis on a dead bird.

Are there ANY dead animals? Because I've never really heard of a vegan-pagan celebration.

OK! Then a celebration it IS!!! ;)

You'd be happy to be here.
Why am I saying "pagan" - our ancestors had this Sun calendar, here's a good example:

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Provari Family! It was just a wonderful day. Wonderful for sure! Spending Thanksgiving with my brother, who could have died just weeks ago was all I could have asked for and then some. I cooked the meal and I must say it turned out perfect. Yes it did. If you're not already in a turkey coma, here are a few pics:

I've always found cooter (what my cousins call turtles) recipes interesting. I don't know of any other recipes that include the main ingredient crawling away:

Luckily, cooking the turtle is a much easier procedure. First, chop off the head, but be careful, because it can still take a good chunk out of your finger. When the body starts to crawl away, dip it in boiling water and scrape off the shell. This way, you can enjoy your viciously murdered turtle carcass while minimizing the threat to your well-being.
