The mini is the only one that sees pocket time. Being satin stainless helps with the finish issue for that kind of carry.

I prefer the tall 18650 on the desk but the mini gets used as well. This might be a good justification for modifying a mini and getting a Kabuki if it is leak resistant. Pocket riding is a rougher environment than the desktop.

JJOOHHNN,
I wouldnt call them fans ;) They are part of the provape family :) You will find out that everyone here is really helpful and knowledgeable here!
Except for me. I hate you all. And I hate Provaris. And I REALLY hate Vixen Vapor.

Because MY order got sh-canned!

Nah. I'm lying.

Well, except for the sh-canned part, which is true. [emoji20] [emoji6]

Go right on ahead and enjoy your (expletive deleted) bargain (overpriced & underpowered) Provis, peeps. I'll be the pathetic face with my nose pressed to your collective window.

[emoji23] [emoji106] [emoji41]

And if there was ever a time to take me seriously, this would definitely NOT be it.

G'nite, good people.

In my opinion, the best ProVari for carrying around in a potentially rough environment is a satin silver.

I forgot to mention it's heavier than a mini, to me at least. It might be the compact size, but it feels like a little brick.

Thanks, I have more thinking to do now. :)

A mini with a P3 connection and Kabuki might be the thing for pocket carry. How tough does the Kabuki seem to be and has it ever leaked?

I'm sorry you didn't set your alarm. Your job could have waited. You could have called in sale.

Of course, I can't speak for every Kabuki, but mine has not leaked and I doubt will leak unless an O-ring wears out or something. I had a full tank when I decided I didn't like the drip tip it came with. Zen's "just wiggle it" became The Ocelot's "where the f are the pliers?" I struggled with it sideways, right side up, upside down, held it under water, put it in the freezer, etc. I finally got the tip off. During all that not a drop leaked.

However, regarding tough, the one I have is glass. While it's pretty thick, it's still glass. I think there is a metal tank that can be used instead.

I need to check and see if there is a metal tank. I think I am enabling myself now.

I only went to the ProVape site a few weeks back to buy extra springs and ended up rounding out my order with a Radius and Kabuki...

I too had to take pliers to get my drip tip out but I waited until I had an empty tank so I could remove the glass completely before attempting any surgery. I fear I'd be the one to slice my hand open. Oh wait, I think that's happened before....

Owwwie! I hate to admit it, but sometimes when I get on a mission I don't stop to consider the risk of injury. That said, I've been lucky with vape gear. The worst thing that has happened during surgery was cutting my finger on the edge of a bent carto

The drip tips are that tight?

Not everyone's. It may just be lack of hand strength on my part. Also, we're talking about the drip tip it comes with. Some people really like, but I like longer ones. I haven't had trouble getting others on and off.
