Everyone of mine worked perfectly (I expected nothing less from a Provari) and aside from [ETA one of them] the bottom cap having what appeared to be tape residue (which came off with a damp towel), these look and function perfectly from what I can tell.

Great news.

I did something awful, I went to a vape shop, not many in this part of the world and payed way way to much for a little tiny clero to get me by until Sophia showed up then remember I had my KR808 gear for no hands. I never use my hands free stuff at the desk so I forgot I had them when my last carto finally failed. My memory is getting really bad.

Well, at least I got a clero I consider a throw away until vape gear shows up.

That's not awful. It's do whatever you need to so you don't smoke. So now you have a cheapy clearo you can PIF someday.

Just spoke with Russell from Vixen. Without going in to particulars - this man is a class act. Through all the chaos of the past 24 hours - he is so humble, sweet and genuinely concerned with every customers order and taking the personal responsibility of contacting everyone.
I wanted to pass on some things he said as I swelled with pride as he went on to say every single person from ECF treated him so wonderfully and was so understanding of the situation that it "blew him away". He spoke of our own Oce and again I felt privileged to know her - if only through this forum.
We talk about the Provarinati and what that means to those of us here - him calling us the most considerate and outstanding group of people he's ever met. He seemed overwhelmed at the response by the collective "us" but I assured him we are the ones grateful to Vixen for giving us the opportunity with such a fantastic deal.
I'm grateful for the ProVaris I will received from Vixen and they will forever hold a special place in my life - just like those of you here. Provarinati 4eva!

Russell is definitely a class act. It sounds like he was on the phone most of the day getting things sorted out and took the time to call everyone personally and give his apology. He didn't have to. And it's nice to hear everyone he called was understanding. It's always nice to get this kind of feedback from vendors.

On the other hand, while MFS hasn't done anything terrible, I'm still waiting for my refund and new coupon code so I can reorder the Nautilus coils from the Black Friday sale. When I ordered, there was a glitch so my credit card got charged but no order showed up. I called them on Monday and was told to open a case so they would have tracking on it. So I did. I got an email today stating the will be refunding and giving me a new coupon code. The email was signed: With Best Regards, Sales :|

I am very happy with them and hopeful that they will help my nephews to switch from analogs. The ego wasn't enough to convert them (or me, for that matter).
What topper are you going to marry up with those minis you give your nephews?

Seriously though, I ultimately believe it is the juice that has a larger impact on whether someone replaces smoking with vaping. The gear is interesting to be sure and it can hold one's interest for awhile but until one finds a flavor they really like they wont have total buy-in. Perhaps you can put together a juice program/regimen for them as well. The only way I know how to do that is to sample, sample, sample...from reputable vendors. Link them to their websites and get them looking at it. And I find encouraging them to like what I like is a mistake. I'm always amazed at what vapers like. And most of the time it isn't anything I would like. For example, SR likes spearmint. I would never make it a day with spearmint. In fact, I might throw up after five minutes. But then if SR vaped what I like he might likely have the same reaction. Yet, we were both cigarette smokers.

Good luck with your nephews. If it fails, no one will be able to blame the gear. :)

That is fantastic, best of luck to them, starting off right :)

So true. But then I'm guessing you have 'phisticated tastes. My vaping taste buds like simple flavors and I've yet to find it appealing to vape cakes, cookies, pies, fruits or alcohol. No, I just haven't.

You and I are alike there. The only thing that holds my interest for any length of time are tobaccos. A coconut cream pie is great for dessert but to vape it all day is a whole other thing. I speak only for me.

Someone posted pictures of their Vixen haul, they didn't look that scratch and dented. I wonder if all the scratch and dents function OK.

JJOOHHNN, they are ProVaris, of course they will work fine. I imagine they are overstock and display models rather than actually "scratch and dent." Besides, despite the sale, people are purchasing new devices from a vendor, so they should have a warranty.

When I got home from work tonight I had a depressing message on my machine from Russell. He was very apologetic in saying that they over-sold Provaris, and they were only sending me one instead of the five that I ordered.

Oh well, that's one more than I have now, and it only cost $25.
