Gheeze, I just wanted to run 18650's in a Mini and never noticed they had extension rings. Had the caps from day one. Nope, not going to stack batteries, never going to do that.

Provape's provari manual (Not the official @The Ocelot manual - the other one) says not to stack batteries.
