I'm not sure how much say we are going to have in the matter.
There is a good chance, if the deeming bombs us back to The Stone Age, even these systems may not be available.
Call your Congressman and Senator.
Let them know if this happens like your House member know you want to see a bill that reverses this.

It could be reversed if a bill gets though the House and then the Senate. Than we can hold the Presidents feet to the fire.
Demand another amendment to the Constitution. The right to vape from an open system shall not be infringed.
Maybe I'm a perpetual optimist about this issue, but I just don't see it happening like that.
I'm also a gambler, on horses........so prognosticating on the future of vape gear isn't exactly my forte.......but I'd throw some money in a hat right now on my "wager".
I used to be the kind of person who, before I went to bed at night, I'd engage in some "worrying about things that might never happen". Maybe I've gone in the opposite direction in order to cure that.
But I sure do sleep better now......and as it turned out, all of the things I worried about happening didn't happen. Instead, completely DIFFERENT things happened, stuff that one would not and could not forsee (at least, not without a crystal ball).

Well we are an hour into the test...
The tank was getting gurglely, so I decided to charge the previously uncharged (by me) battery.
I have since placed it on my Night of the Vixen Provi and adjusted the voltage to 3.7v.
It, The Vape, just got alot better!!!

I would not be surprised. I am sure that when many people here started vaping there weren't even using anything THAT GOOD
I think it's a matter of perspective. I have been vaping on evods all day because I hate the aspire stuff I bought. Tastes like soggy Q-tips to me. This is the 4th time I've tried different Aspire products and coils, and I'm officially *done*.
It's weird how some people love stuff that others just dislike immensely isn't it.
It's okay, at least I know what I don't want.
I am most curious about how/when/where you formed your baseline.

This is where Evods shine (yes, @Racehorse , I know...). They're regulated to 3.7. Had they existed when I began, things might have been easier for me.
But they've worked wonders for a couple of my kids. One is still using them (2.5 years later).
