Being part of ProVape has been an awesome experience for me. One of the best companies in this industry. Great products, and everyone on this forum has been awesome. Today is my last day being a supplier Associate for Provape. I have met some really awesome people through this experience. Unfortunately, I just don't have the time you guys need for me to moderate this sub-forum anymore. I'm going to miss everyone here and at Provape. It has been like a family for me.

But I really think my theory is correct.
They are pretty good at emailing you back IME.
You can't actually phone them unless you are in the "Circle of Trust".

They can! @StealthyTX provided instructions, somewhere in one of these threads. I think you need to submit a RMA, and it costs $10 (on a new purchase).

2. Submit a ticket with your order number saying you want the P3 top cap upgrade. (ProVape Inc.)
3. Provape adds $10 ea to the order
Just did that today with classwife's new gold zenkote blem.
I also paid $10 to convert my P2 top cap to a P3 top cap. I surmised this is not the "normal" price. The reason I got it for $10 was because my P2 was in for a new board and had to be taken apart anyway. Adding the P3 top cap required no extra labor. I suspect having the top cap replaced by itself would cost more and I have, in fact, seen higher prices quoted on these threads for doing a cap change alone.1. Make the purchase.
