Finally, you confess that 28awg wire sucks. :D

I believe that Strat and I are now entirely vindicated for our full-court press to get the USBpasses made with 20awg cable.

Tescela <--- takes a bow.

There's no need for applause, people. Just throw money. :D

Ok, now I'll be serious for a minute...but only for a minute... :D

To answer your question, 6' is more versatile for home use. The 3' might be nice when using a power pack, but the longer cable can be addressed with a simple twist-tie.

At this point, I would guess that people just want their USBpass ASAP.

Reading this thread, I think there are a number of people who are in a race against time due to dying batteries. For this reason, heaven help us if there are any quality issues with the USBpass.

NOT quite tesc ... ;) ... POWER wise, 28AWG is just fine ... SOLDERING on the other hand ... LOL ...

So, you only are HALF vindicated!!!! LOL

:p

As has been reported elsewhere there appears to be some kind of Prodigy inspired suicide pact going on amongst other vaping devices.

My 901 PT died on the 15th.
My 801 PT died 'bout 1/2 hour ago on the drive to work.
...

Above was from the 18th.
Today, the 20th, an 801 batt passed to the great beyond.

I have noticed that being w/o the PT's I tend to move around the house more, get more of the honey-dew list accomplished and such. That being said it could well be a good thing for my domestic bliss if

ORDER #16252

did not get overlooked or anything on Monday when it ships cuz it's gonna ship on Monday cuz the machinist and everone worked this weekend to get the PT parts made so the combination Prodigy / PT orders could ship on Monday cuz that's whut I thunk I saw posted earlier that all sorts of orders were going out Monday cuz......

I took a breath and I'm OK.

Now.

I've been down to my last 3 801 batteries for a month now, hoping they would hold out until my Prodigy eventually shipped...

Today, while out and about, both batteries I had with me went belly-up. I had my last one at home on the charger, and I made that last until just now, when I had to put it on the charger and tether myself to the PC.

What do I find in my inbox?

Your order has shipped. (Order#: 16414 placed on 5/12/2009)

Pray to the shipping gods for me...
