LOL! I hope these numbers are the totality of all their orders and not just PT's...I'm just under 17200 with my PT order :)

:evil::evil:I have been on the list for a Prodigy for over two months. I would continue to monitor this thread and watch it grow! I still waited patiently and would get the usual excuses from Casey. Enough was enough I couldn't take another next week for sure answer so I pulled the plug! Now I am furious that it's been 5 days and 5 emails asking for my Paypal refund. No response other than it takes two business days. I have spent over 1500 with Steve and eaten my share of bad 901(30 easy!) and feel this is totally un-called for!:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:

check your facts brian ... you have done nothing but posted trying to somehow make me and PS look bad ...

You ordered LESS THAN 1 MONTH AGO ... on June 1st .... You have not been waiting two months ... Secondly, you were given a window of 2 business days *(48 hours) for a refund, which was told to you on Thursday ... Meaning 2 business days = Monday before Refund ... Please make sure to check your facts before posting! appreciated ...
 
This is the second thread I've seen this complaint in. May I say that I too had asked for a refund on the Prodigy simply because I'd changed my mind and I received the refund almost immediately. PS and crew were VERY kind and didn't ask any questions.

Now, I've reconsidered and ordered one. The only problem is my reorder is now on the bottom of the pile...;)...that's what I get for dragging my feet and changing my mind.

Steve had no problems refunding my money and actually made me feel pretty good about it rather than making me feel guilty.

Just my experience.

Wow-The Prodigy is soooo worth the wait dude! My order #16241 Placed May 8th for PT hasn't shipped- but the Prodigy on the order did. Whenever anything is new and coming to market-things happen-thats why we are in pre-order. I'm sure Steve and Casey will take care of you! Just be a little patient I'm sure they are working as hard as they can-it can't be fun for them either to be behind in orders. I'm sure they would rather be caught up!
The Prodigy will not be knocked off for $30, it is not a cheaply made product , it is one thing to be upset because you did not get your product but it is a whole other thing to start knocking it when you don't know what you're talking about! It is not right.

Do yourself a favor, bmuoio: cancel your cancellation while you still have time. You will regret cancelling your order for the Prodigy! Just ask SharonLM...

lol ... Sharon is a sweetheart ... There are actually I believe 3 people in her shoes. They originally canceled, than decided to order again. :)

Refund to Brian has already taken place. If he decides to order again, he will be in the back of the line ... :oops:

Thanks Steve and definitely the same back at ya!! I may have been the first to cancel, not sure. It was when there was so many questions about the batteries. A LOT of confusion and it scared me. You had SO many emails to answer and during all of that you still had patience with me and were so kind to calm my fears, yet still give me a refund. I knew I'd be ordering sometime or other and I'm glad I have.

Saw the shipping confirmation this morning! Thanks a bunch Steve! I sense a lot of time will be spent retrying past juices I otherwise wrote off at low voltage ... and an inaugural video review given both products across both configurations. :D

Actually, my post was a humorous quip, bmuoio. At 17186, I'll be satisfied if my 510 PT order ships before the end of July. This is because I understood the situation when I ordered. Didn't you? PS has two new and extremely popular products that were just introduced, and they are not a huge company.

I understand that impatience can be overwhelming at times, but you simply blew your top here. Steve is obviously keeping his customers updated. I really don't understand your problem, other than impatience...and twice cutting off your nose to spite your face. But hey, that's just my opinion. :shrug:

Jeez, Some people just cant be made happy.

I've been feeling like a kid at Christmas for a long time. Now I see that Steve has tirelessly worked his way up to order #'s 16550-60's. With my order # being in the 16590's; I now feel like it's Christmas Eve.

Steve, in order to counteract the ":evil:" that crept into this thread, I'd like to take this moment to thank you, Joanna, Daniel, Casey and anyone else I'm unaware of, for all your hard work and constant effort to make myself and the other PS fanboys/vultures as happy as possible. You have obviously been blessed with amazing patience. If I were in your shoes, I would have snapped and ripped some flamer a new one a long time ago.

(Is this .... kissing sufficient to ensure that #16593 goes out in the next round of shipping confirmations? If not, I can do more. Thanks Santa)
