Post Offices close at noon today and are closed all day tomorrow. That pretty much kills any hope I had of getting my PD and PT this weekend. Oh well, I've waited this long, I can wait a little longer.

I love the 801 on my Janty Stick, and my gut feeling is that it'll be perfecto on the Prodigy.
I also ordered the 510 adapter for the Prod, well, just because (variety is the spice of life, eh?).

801 was my first PV and I really didn't like it. And I hated the soft rubbery mouthpiece with passion. Now I would love to try it with Prodigy but am afraid that if I add 801 adapter to the order, my order will go to the back of the line so I will probably buy the adapter separately.
Hi, Sar - all the recent cartridges I've seen have come with a cigarillo-style hard plastic tip. I had some of those rubber ones - tasted slightly like vaping an innertube. Johnson Creek carries the new style empties.
Oh, that is a good news, thank you! I've added one 801 atomizer to my most recent Ruyandirect order just to see if there is any change, so I am hoping that it'll come with the new hard tip. Vaping an innertube is about what it felt like.
My favorite so far is the hard whistle tip from 901.

I also received my 801 Prodigy today. This is my first e-cig and it really puts out the vapor. For the few couple of hours using it for 10 minutes every half hour or so, there is a burned taste to the vapor. That is starting to ease off now and it is tasting better. I drip 3 drops every 7 or 8 drags or if it really has that burned taste. I am using CASH Pina Colada juice. I hope that burned taste mellows out a bit over time.

First off, on the 901, don't take LONG drags ... Keep them short and simple ... 2-3 seconds at most ...
Example:
You add 4 drips of liquid.
1-7 drags taste great
Drag #8 tastes a little *off*
Drag #9 tastes burnt ...
Try to catch #8 so you never get the burnt taste. You could also be burning off excess priming fluid which doesn't taste the greatest ...
And major props for going all out on your first PV ... Nothing --> Prodigy ... Quite a large jump if I do say so myself
