I posted this info in another thread but wanted to post here so no one would miss it.
Earlier in another thread i mistakenly posted that Provape would replace your tube for another color. This was not completely accurate. Provape may replace a damaged tube on a device in some cases. The operative word being "damaged". This repair may be done at Provape's descetion on a case by case basis and it is not intended for those Provari owners that just want a different color tube in place of the one they have now. That was never their intension.
I hope this makes things clearer. I would respectfully ask people not to flood them with requests to replace your device tube so that you can get a different color or finish as that is not a normal practice and those types of requests would result in effecting their production rates in a negative way.
Provape and I apologize if this creates any dissapointment or inconvenience.
