I enjoy both of my Provari's. The only thing that drives me nuts, is the shallow 510 female connector. All of my rda's don't fit snug. Always has a gap. Provape needs to design an adjustable pin.

I'd rather file down the connector on the rda. Seems too many leaks going on through adjustable pins down to the chip on certain other high end apvs with adjustable and floating pins.

Hi. I just purchased a Provari yesterday and it cost me 219$. I already have heard all the great things about this mod and I hope it lives up to the information that I got on it.

Now, I would love to know. What is wrong with the Provari?

I am sure many people have used it and many people know someone who has. I really want to know how this device fails to measure up to it's reputation as the best pv built thus far.

I know most people would say it's PRICE!

I want to know everything else except the PRICE? Let's have some fun bashing the almighty PROVARI...:2cool:

Welp dracu, how's the vape on your new Provi? Have you drained a batt yet? Do you think it's living up to the info you read?

I find it interesting that you want to have some fun bashing it. Not my idea of fun, but oh welp! I'll give it a go.

What I don't like about the Provi... by KD.

It's got little dimples on it. Maybe I got a blem.

It scratches very easily. I really didn't give a whole lot of pressure when I touched it with a diamond engraving tool.

It's fragile. You drop it on the carpet and the darn tube just breaks in half.

It's got a lighted screen. Silly light keeps disturbing my need for complete darkness.

It's too light in weight. I swear, one big earthquake and this thing just won't stay standing upright.

If something goes wrong, I'd have to fix it myself because the manufacturer is not available all the time. (I know, cuz I called them at 3am and they didn't even pick up the phone.)

The button. Don't get me started on the button. I have to keep pushing that little thing all the time to get any vapor at all.

Filing down connectors will not work. My Buzzpro has an adjustable pin. I've had it for a couple of years, and hasn't leaked yet. It could be done.

You are lucky in that you are not an idiot. That's speculation on my part, but a confident one.

ProVape may choose a non-adjustable route based on reputation safety, because let's face it, if there is any possible way to screw it up...... some idiot will find a way, and then blame the manufacturer.

The airflow issue is/was my main complaint, especially when I was using clearos. Now that I have found my way to carto tanks, it isn't as big of an issue since you can adjust the height of the tank on the cartomizer.

On another note, I own a mini and still wanted to get smaller. When I'm out and about, I now run in 350 mode with an IBTanked halfling carto tank on top. This, as far as I know, is as small as a mini can get with a tank of any kind installed and it works great for me!

My main downfall on the provari is it is severly outdated. No adjustable air flow. No flush mounting. No adjustable pin. No adjustable wattage. They were the best thing out there but now the neglect by the maker has alowed them to be out featured by china.

No vibrating and rotating tip, either. No wonder they have to practically give them away...

There are other ways, that some idiot can screw it up. The Provari is not perfect. It sure could use some changes.

What I don't like......

I got a purple mini - the ProVari purple doesn't match any accessories. Will have to get a silver or black one to rectify this.
Doesn't look good using a Hypertank without a beauty ring.
It's not self-cleaning. I actually have to use a Q-Tip to swab the little connection once a week.

out featured by China....neglect by the maker...thanks for the laughs! The only feature most of the Chinese mods lack is they should come with a trash can. They're good for what they are, but they WILL break and you can't get them fixed. When ProVari feels something is good enough and reliable enough to go into their products, they will put them there. As a bonus, they'll upgrade our older ones for next to nothing. Thats not neglect...
