Durable construction that's said to be mil spec, reliable electronics, service behind the sale, attractive and ergonomic design, rugged good looks, and longevity are what you get from your money. When you buy a Provari, you get guaranteed service whether it's under the warranty or billed by the schedule of services.
After two years of use I sent in my Provari for a tune-up late last week under the extended warranty I purchased for $24.95 when I bought it. It should be back any day now. There was some looseness in the circuit board that made the display slide up a bit and I could feel my battery and board flipping back and forth when I pressed the fire button. It still worked fine, but just needed some TLC. When it comes back it should be like new.
I'm using my Sigelei Zmax Telescope in the meantime. It's doing fine, but it lacks the Provari "fit your hand" feel. There are lots of options out there today but few offer an actual repair service, so you use it until it breaks and buy another one unless you can fix it yourself. Provari is like a fine watch vs a Timex.
ETA: Just checked my email. Provape mailed back my repaired Provari yesterday and sent me a tracking number.
