I'm pretty much a rock guy, myself. I do love me some southern rock (LOVE me some Allman Brothers), and I'm not gonna say I hate ALL country....but most of it. I tell ya, for such a macho subculture, them boys are pretty damned emo, music-wise.

You're confusing country with 'pop in cowboy hats'. I pretty much dig it all... minus the pop. It's gotta have substance on some level.

 I've never really thought about it that way, but I guess you're right! :p

Well my friends, it's late, or early; take your pick. I'm going to shuffle off to bed and dream of large Provaris. ;) Catch you all tomorrow.

Nicely played :D

But that's just embarrassing... who'd wear socks with that fine footwear?

Fine footwear? Maybe where you come from, but dems working shoes!

Noooo... I actually LIKE country, what we picked up was just.... weird. Southern snake charming gospel and bluegrass is the closest I can come to it.

What's wrong with Southern Snake Charming Gospel?

If he is in the Raleigh-Durham area, there will be no difficulty finding good radio stations. There are three major college campuses within 30 miles of Raleigh. Also, the Charlotte area is quite nice. I almost took a job down there in 2008, and went for a long weekend visit when I interviewed. I hear Wilmington is booming, too.

Did my first carto hot swap yesterday in my IBtanked (thx Ocey! Read your blog about it or the vid..can't remember which). Although I made a little bit of a mess, it worked! I didn't think I would know when to change the carto but Wow, the flavor in the juice tasted slightly burnt and off. Now I know when a carto is going bad!

But....does any one use the IBtanked "thingy" tool and notice its hard to fit it in the Ikenvape cartos???? That's why I made a mess cuz I was trying like crazy to snap the thingy into the carto and it wasn't fitting. Almost like the carto opening is smaller or something. Then juice got on my fingers and the damn carto tank slipped out and flew into the sink. Thought I was going to break it.

LOLOLOL! Well I guess it's good that some Americans enjoy living in colder weather states otherwise Florida, Cali, Arizona would be over populated ;)

I don't do well in hot weather. Mid 70's are my cut off & even that's too warm for prolonged periods or with high humidity. 30's-50's are nice but the cold doesn't bother me at all until it starts dipping below -30 & I'd still rather have that than the heat. I'm too Irish for that nonsense. Not saying I'm pale, but putting me in a tanning bed or out in the sun is like sticking a fork in the microwave.

I'm the reverse. I feel like my body shuts down w/any temps under 60°. I lived in Fla off and on for four yrs and I miss it bad. I HATE cold weather and that white crap which I refuse to name by name.

I wasn't as fond of the white fluffy stuff until I moved here & realized that it actually is white fluffy stuff. Not Sierra cement or especially that wet icy crap they try to pass off as snow in Michigan/Indiana. If I didn't live in Montana or Utah, I certainly wouldn't be too crazy about it either.

I agree - I have the west coast version of that.
I'm in between California coast and Sierra mountains.
100 degree (but dry) summers, but under an hour to snow in winter.

Still working on the issue of tanks leaking if I drive East (elevation rises like 1000 feet every 10-15 miles).

My folks moved up to Raleigh a while back. I was pretty much just in Florida because my family was here, so I'm planning on working through season, then follow them there. Should be a nice middle ground. They actually have seasons there, but the winters aren't as harsh as New England, the summers aren't as harsh as here, and NC is just freakin' beautiful. They're in driving distance of the beach in one direction and the mountains in the other. Can't beat that.

When I Google Teva this is what I got. I figured, well, he seems outdoorsy...

Gucci Teva's... I've seen it all now.

Still have a pair or two of original Teva Terra's around here someplace... wore them all the time from the early 80's until a few years ago for boating, hiking, and casual wear. Only sandal's that were more comfortable were the huaraches in the 60's from Mexico that were just basic leather straps and a piece of tire tread for a sole and sold for about $4 a pair. I have a pair of huarache shoes I bought in Tepic a fews years ago that I still don't wear because they are not confortable.
