Every time I hear that song I'm transported back in time to my first date, the day I got my drivers license. Puttin' down the hammer in my Dad's big block Dodge Coronet 500, AM radio blasting this tune.

I had that same ride, but with the small block. 327cc, maybe? Heck - I can't remember. It was 1977.

With an 8 track player under the dash, of course.

My dying uncle gave me his 1969 Coronet back in late 70s. Yellow. 318. Little blinkers up on the fenders. A bit of a heap. Rear ended a guy sliding on ice. Took off, stopped at Ace n bought a bunch of blue spray paint. Painted car. Took about 30 minutes with my roommate helping. Looked like crap. Ask me if I cared. It was a great disguise.

I killed a torsion bar on mine, so it rode down the street like a flat-bottomed boat on a wavy lake. FUNNY!!!

I got it fixed, after a while. It wasn't my top spending priority at the time.

Dad had an old Chevy something or other, and being in the apartment biz, he was always carrying furniture on the top of it.

We (krazy friends and me) used to like to kruise the boulevard on Wednesday nites, followed by a raucous trip to the local pizza place.

I ESPECIALLY enjoyed driving the Blvd. with a mattress strapped to the roof of da cah.

Well today was the last chance in this credit card period, to get a green or gold BB ordered this month. I instead ordered the Dicodes Dani Box Mini in silver, that will give me the complete set. At the same time I also ordered the KFL19 in the 24 MM size, with all the accessories and spares etc. I currently have the 22 MM size, so this tank will only really fit on these Dicodes. The 22 MM tanks I will use them on my Radius's.
