did this awhile back. next will be a gmz mini.

i freehanded it with a light to medium pressure. i used duct tape on both sides as i didn't want to take it apart. i think the zencoat will be easier.

A Zenkote??? Oh Arnold!! First off, I'm truly surprised you'd want to scrape it off, and second off, I somehow doubt this will be easier (or easy).

It's a Procyon high performance cap, grabbed a few during the fire sale

I've been running those Aspire 18350 cells, 1300mah, I think they made them a little thicker than a normal 18350, at least my fingers, and battery cases tell me so, I haven't put a dial caliper to them yet, I can just tell they are thicker, maybe that was the trick, they stuffed more foil and electrolyte into the can and that's why the longer run time, maybe they have a slightly different chemistry, but they do give me the better part of a day on one little cell and hey take quite a while to charge up compared to my AW cells. I like 'em a lot!

I sometimes think we would all have been better off if the tobacco companies had taken the fight to court back in the day...in a way, when that all went down, I felt like the BT and our own government sold us all down the river,and we are still paying in one way or another for that epic collusion between mega corps and the gvnmt...
