BTW, that seems to be an awesome service and meal provider...lot's of diversity, and creative selections. A lot of days I find it hard to come up with something different and enticing...they seem to nail it time and time again, the power of teamwork:thumb:
The secret is in their sauces and seasonings, the chefs come up with. Gonna be steak, steak strips, Italian sausage, chicken, pork loin, pulled pork, shrimp, salmon, fish cakes ... but they keep it interesting with the different ways of cooking it. Most meals are a flavor sensation how they've figured out sauces and seasonings work together. SOooo many different sauces and seasonings. Haven't had a dud yet. And it's hardly ever difficult to prepare. Oh, and they do vary their veggies nicely. They have me eating pretty darn good. Better than I could on my own anyway LOL.

They seldom repeat meals. In the just over 2 years I've used Home Chef, I've had maybe 10 or less repeat meals. It happens so seldom, I can't be sure HA.

Chicken ... salt and pepper both sides of the boneless chicken breasts. Tablespoon (or so) of Olive Oil in the pan. 7 minutes on each side in a cast iron skillet heated up on to medium heat.

The flavors are delicious together. Tangy mustard, sweet apricot preserves, nutty parmesan and the buttermilk dill. SOooo dang good.

Oh, the Zucchini, Potatoes and Shallot ... Baked in the oven, all in one pan, 400 for about 25 minutes, until things start to brown up. I went 31 minutes in my oven at 405 but everyone's different.

Actually, here's the link to the recipe (hope it works without a login) ... Apricot Mustard Glazed Chicken Recipe - Home Chef

Recipe says 3/5 oz of butter ... that's about 2 pats of butter.
Oh, my. That sounds delicious. Love apricot. Bet adding a little wine to the recipe would be good too.

Finally got the 24mm Kayfun [Lite] 2019 (style) by slow boat today.

I've mentioned and posted pics of the original 22mm KFL19 that I already have. Comparing the two, there isn't much quality difference ... if any. The worst part is simply that it's a clone. But a pretty good copy. Maybe I'm comparing apples to oranges, 22mm vs 24mm, but the 24mm vapes (maybe) a little cooler (maybe) because of the larger size as a heat sink ... additionally and the biggest thing ... whereas I had some issues with the 510 threaded post length of the original KFL19 22mm ... the 24mm clone has an overall 510 post length that is 1-2 thread lengths worth longer, so NO issues whatsoever. The clone will live on the Dicodes Dani Box Mini. First build is flawless and running like a champ. The original KFL19 22mm is kicking it on the Provari Classic and I'm still trying to precisely fine tune the builds on the 22. Different science from one size to the other I think ... maybe tank pressure and such. Decks are the same.

If an original 24mm KFL19 had been available a month ago I would have gotten one from CDV. Just now checked and an original 24mm KFL19 STILL isn't available. So I have a clone. It is what it is. And I'm happy with it.

Wicking and airflow are critical to the KFL19s. Small adjustments make a big difference. Experiment with each one at a time and I believe you will agree. Try different volumes of wick.

With everything going on with the FDA right now, and the possibility of not being able to order stuff anymore. I am tempted to order 2 more Billet box's, 2 of each of the KFL19's, 2 more Dicodes mini's, 1 more Dicodes charger. I also have thought about ordering replacement boards and screens for my Dicodes. If I did all of that in one month, that would be quite a bill to pay all at once. I really wonder if it is really going to happen this time. I have never heard if the FDA is going to appeal that court case they lost.

Agree, Mrs CMD gets a few of those each month. Her creative juices sort of run low at time, these help her out. She saves the recipe cards and will improvise on them some. Ummm, good.

Well I guess this answers that question, at least I have a bit more time.
