I'm confused. I bought the ProVari Programmer because I thought I might run across a used P3 or Radius in the future that needed updating. Right before he left ProVape, Blake updated my Radii and P3s to the last software PV had released.
I assumed the Programmer included all the drivers and one could do updates without downloading from the net. But Zen is saying that's not true, the drivers have to come from a website and that it could go down at anytime?
I finally pulled the Programmer box off the shelf, opened it up and all I received was USB key containing a password file, an installation guide and the Programmer Setup program version 1.2. From looking at the installation guide it appears
no drivers are in included in the setup program. To me this means Zen is correct.
I might as well pitch Programmer
device and cables in the trash as they are not going to do me much good now. So ENAUD you agree? If so, then anyone who wants the Programmer, you can have it for the postage to you.
While I use my ProVaris every day, it's only five out of 36, so if one dies, I'm not going ProVari-less.
