Distance riding requires constant calorie intake, to avoid bonking. That’s just the way it is.
When I was younger, and could eat anything I wanted there was no problems, me and my friend would take long rides together. Now being older, and with some restrictions, I need to take time to figure this stuff stuff out again...it's a process, but I think I have a plan now :) When you hit the wall and have another five or ten miles to go, it kinda sux...

I scroll many miles every day, I don't know how far, but my right index finger is super-fit and proves that exercise really works.
You should include your finger on your list of organ donations. Right index fingers come in handy for a lot of other things (that I wont go into now).

Which reminds me of the story:
My brother left instructions to donate his brain to science–now science is contesting the will.

He knows you're a lazy, old fart and is looking out for you. :)

:lol:He also knows that I need looking after and knows that Mrs CMD is slowly running out of steam with me. Great post, I got a much needed laugh today after reading the news.

When your sides start to hurt go back to the news.

Every time I log into news sites, I end up either depressed or angry. I am simply a lost soul in what appears to be a sea of insanity.

BUT, I still like the Dragon's Fire and am waiting eagerly for this new atomizer (nickname the PaPaw) to arrive. I am going to try it without the squonk pin to see if it will meet the need of my daughter who is a drop in coil user and will not be prepared for the intrusion of the government into private activity. If it works and does not leak then I will get another two (I hope I can find replacement glass) for her. With two I can build one, swap them out and they crud up, and keep her off cigarettes. She is a completely independent young woman but she does not like to fiddle with stuff like I do. In that she takes after her mother, it is unfortunate that I contributed to one-half of her dna, and she got my worst traits.

Gooid luck with CMDette. I hope she sticks with it. She's fortunate you can put her in the correct lane to maximize her odds. Lots of people who don't want to fiddle with building and such.

I walk 12 miles a week (1-3/4 miles a day). Exercise is a good thing.

Tiz. My choice is and has been ZOOM (Zumba) for many years.

Here's a couple you can try. ;) (Two of my faves)

:shock::shock::shock:

I'm not sure I've expended that much energy in the entire previous year. Actually, more like five but I'm trying to be modest. :D

But yes, it's a very good thing, even though I remember Jim Fixx. I keed, I keed.
