How long does it take to receive orders? Just put mine in yesterday(sunday) and can't wait.

2-4 months, unless it's in the fall, then it takes 3-6 months- provided that it's not cold, if so, then add another several weeks to the total- unless there happens to be snow on the ground- then figure on another couple of weeks- sled dogs get paid by the hour, not the mile, so don't figure on seeing the postman until spring at hte earliest- unless of course it's a wet spring- then figure on adjusting your expected arrival time by a couple more weeks, and pray that there are not a lot of mosquitos, as this can really slow down delivery time.

Has anyone spoken with Steve lately? I've tried emailing him a few times with no luck. With how well Steve and Puresmoker is doing though, I'm not surprised that his responses to questions and concerns have slowed a bit due to what I would assume to be a massive influx of emails/pms.

Huh? PM Me your email address, or just PM me!!! Unless the email ended up in my Spam Folder ??? :confused:

I also did not receive any response from Steve the last couple of times I tried. I use the form from his site to avoid ending up in his spam folder, but it does not seem to work. I just ordered from him, and I had asked him something in conneciton with that. I did not receive a reply, and thought he was not shipping with his usual speed, either. I then checked, and it turns out that he had shipped right on time last night, but I did not receive a notification of that, either (and I checked my spam folder...).

FYI, I work from both Work/Home/Blackberry, so many times, some emails get lost in Translation. I shot Fell an email back! Shroedinger, email me direct. Steve@puresmoker.com And, if you guys don't see a response within just a couple hours (during the day) or within 12 hours at night, Don't hesitate to reforward it to me :)

Steve did email quickly after this and all is well in the land of ecigs. He continues to prove time and time again that he is all about customer satisfaction and, to be quite honest, I really wonder how he manages it all. Kuds to you, good sir.

I agree. He seems to be everywhere at once -this forum and his online store....
A glitch in email can happen, but his customer service is excellent.
After my first order, I noticed that one battery seemed to not hold the charge, and one atomizer was weak. Neither was dead, however, and I wasn't sure that these weren't just newbie's jitters.... I wrote to him, and he immediately sent replacements. The battery died on the day I received the new one (in that it would not charge at all - no reaction when plugged into the charger), while the atomizer fully expired one week later (although it may have been helped by some JC juice - or it could have been a coincidence). In any case, I got the replacements before the items had become actually unusable - now, THIS is good customer service....
He is fast in shipping, and the packages go from coast to coast in two days. Very impressive.

Once again - kudos to Steve! I just received my black mini kit in the mail along with all my extras I added on which I ordered on Sunday. I only thought I was in love with my penstyle I got from Steve last week. This adorable little mini is my new best friend!!! My only complaint so far is that the carts are so much smaller and have to be topped off a lot more often...but the vapor - WOW! And if anyone out there hasn't tried the apple or cherry flavors yet you definitely should...yum! Thanks again for the excellent service and great products Steve! :thumb:

A buddy and I are waiting on an order approaching two weeks now. Customer service may be good, but communication needs work.
I advise puresmoker.com to use priority mail exclusively and keep track of your outbound shipments and send follow up emails (example: Hows your order, is there anything else you need?... Or, I noticed your shippment has not arrived yet, I am investigating...).

Call me crazy. :rolleyes:

Before you down a product or service, try contacting the Supplier. MEANING - CHECK YOUR PM BOX! I USE PRIORITY MAIL EXCLUSIVELY WITH TRACKING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

I even send out shipping confirmation when the order ships bud. Mind sending me your order # ?

EDIT: SO far, you have downed PureSmoker in 3 different threads, I have tried PMing you, I have zero information on you (No Email, No Order #, no nothin) so how am I supposed to help you???

Since I don't think you check PM's, I will post it publicly! This was sent yesterday afternoon.

Hi Somon,

I saw your earlier post regarding your problems with your order. I'm sorry you've had such a rough time. I've ordered twice now from Puresmoker and a friend of mine has ordered once and each one of our orders were mailed priority mail and received in 2 days. We also each received confirmations of our orders and notice of shipment when they went out. You also said that a company should contact you when they notice that you haven't received a shipment, but I didn't have to sign for either of my shipments so perhaps he wasn't aware? I saw that Cash (Steve) responded to your earlier post asking you to please contact him regarding your problems. Have you tried to email or PM him? I'm sure if you contact him he will take care of you. Let us know how it turns out!

We let our front desk receptionist know to keep an eye out for all USPS shipments and let us know the second it arrives (Mon-Friday 5am-5pm).
My buddy who placed the order has been known to flake out on things so if it turns out that he made a mistake someplace in his order I'll retract those posts and put blame where it belongs. Me for trusting him , or the USPS for being the USPS. :thumb:
