No information you gave me on the guy came up in my system. So unless he used a totally different name, address, and even city, I have nothing from the guy.

Have him print you out an order confirmation (Which is sent as soon as you place an order) and a paypal shipping confirmation.

Get back to me when you get the chance bud.

And My Response. Any of my customers can verify order numbers if you would like. They are all in the 1000's, or 2000's...

Yeah, I was just going to respond but wanted to wait and let Steve reply first. I have placed 3 orders now (one accidental and cancelled) and my best friend placed an order. All of those order numbers were in the 2000's and they were all placed within the last week. I know we try to keep Steve busy around here but if he's done more than 400,000 orders since I placed my last one I think he needs to quit that day job of his and focus solely on Puresmoker!...lol

I hate to say it Som, but it sounds like your friend is bs'ing you. From what I can see, and I've been using Paypal for my personal business for more than 7 years now, Paypal never uses the word "cleared". It is always either pending or completed. It also always lists out the full username of the company and in the details section gives me the email that it was sent to along with the information that the seller is a verified Paypal seller (as Puresmoker is). Though it's quite similar, when I pull the details of my Paypal transactions to Puresmoker they look like this:

Somoney, I now have confirmation and proof the transaction itself never took place. I just contacted PayPal and they went ahead and checked and indeed found that the transaction ID doesn't exist. If you would like to call paypal yourself, go for it. Here is the confirmation email I requested and received.

Very happy with Puresmoker's product and service.

Ordered a white 901, some liquid, and a syringe on Monday. Package arrived at my office on Wednesday (shipped from CA to NYC) after I left
work. Syringe was missing but Steve included a free 5-pack of cartridges. I e-mailed about the syringe this morning, Steve replied couple hours later that he'd send it today.

Ordered a second, black 901 on Tuesday so that I would have a backup.
Package arrived today. Another free set of cartridges was included.

I've tested both 901s with the installed batteries and both work fine. I'm
charging the spares overnight.

I had previously ordered a black 901 from ePuffer in Canada (at the time I didn't know the model #, as they sell the device as the "Elite Mini"). It's exactly the same product as Puresmoker's 901 - can't tell the difference holding them side by side. Inside of atomizer is identical, and charger brand/type is the same. Only differences were that ePuffer's box is pure unlabeled white, Puresmoker's is white with a blue section and says "Mini Cigarette", and ePuffer's cost $30 more.

Steve replies to e-mails very quickly - at most a few hours after I send my
inquiries, and seems to want to make sure I'm happy with my purchases. ePuffer replied to my first product complaint e-mail but not yet to my second set of 3 messages regarding further problems I had.
 
Ordered up from both Puresmoker and nJoy on the same day. Two days later received my order from Steve. Loved it but had a problem with the charger and let him know via the site contact form. Ordered up some parts and ejuice again from Steve. Two days later received a new charger along with the stuff I ordered. A couple days later received my nJoy pen. Thats' two orders from Puresmoker before the first order from nJoy showed up. nJoy appears to be the same device as Steves but twice the cost.

Wanted to add myself to this list of satisfied PureSmoker patrons.

Got my 901mini from PureSmoker and already ordered some back up parts and stuff (everything arrived in working condition, I just like to be prepared).

The shipping was very fast, but I live in Cali so I suppose that's not much of a test there. :p

I also showed this ecig to my friends and co-workers and emailed em links to this site and the PureSmoker site. I know of at least 5 people saying they are definitely ordering 901s for themselves. So I should have even more PureSmoker feed back from them in a few days, but I can't imagine they'd have a bad review either.

There are many of us who are just looking for the best deal for their buck without even thinking about product safety, warranty, return policy, and after sales experience.

Bigger companies like ePuffer, Ruyan, Gamucci and Njoy spending lots of money on research and development, advertisement and marketing, constantly improving quality of their products, where others just reselling similar looking clones ( I have 3 different versions of DSE901 that look exactly the same, but there are major differences.

1. Each made from a different material
2. Each has different battery life ( the battery charger looks exactly the same, even sticker is the same ( the keyword is: Cloning)
3. Each has different cartridge filling sponge.
4. Each has different liquid filling and taste.

I think we should give credits to the big guys, as if it’s not for them this industry or even this forum would not be existed.

I’m not against a healthy competition, I just don’t like the bull: “We are different and not here for profit”. Give me a break, at the end of the day, it all about the money.

Just my two cents.

Smokey, I would think that as a rep of epuffer responding to someone's complaint there you would have at least addressed the communication issue the customer had. If you are attempting to make your company look better, this was definitely not the way to do it.

Also, I took this information directly from the homepage of epuffer.com.

Could you please provide a link to the scientific data backing up this information? If, as you say, epuffer is one of those companies that is putting more money into ensuring that these are safe alternatives and they are spending money on research and they feel comfortable in making these advertising claims on their site (which many other suppliers on here do not make) then could you please provide us with the results of that research?

Well I got my 901b from Steve - Yesterday and all I can say is Thank You so much - I usally smoke 3 pack of marlboro Light 72's a- day I go up yesterday at 4:30am and had had 16 cigs before I got to the Post Office at around 8 - Started with the High cart from the kit and it tasted OK - Then I went for a Marlboro HIGH and WOW that was great. Started topping off with 36mg Marlboro juice and didn't have another cig ALL DAY - Tar Free - This morning I went in mty office which is pretty much a hol in the wall 6x8 feet and WOW it stunk - Had to go in the house and get the frebreeze. Thught well I will have a real ig justto keep the crap in my lngs "glued Back in" so I couldget through the day with out coughing so much. Couldn't even stand the real cig - Tasted like crap. I went back in the has and vaped down a few hits. Instant relief - NO need to go back at tis point gave A guy I worked ith the rst of my carton 6 packs - Don't NEED them any more. Also I must say probably bugged the HELL out of Steve before making ths first purchase and he always had a prompt response and his service is BEYOND incredibble.
PS - I showed my dad which is 65 and has smoked since he was 15 and he has tried EVERYTHING under the sun to quit and he was floored. He said he was going to order tonite - Closet thing to smoking that he has ever seen. Gave him a few hits of my 36mg fierce stuff and I think he was "FLOORED" - He said, WOW that better that a unfiltered PALL MALL! Thanks agin Steve and Look forward to more orders.
