When trying to watch "PureSmoker Personal Vaporizer LineUp" video YouTube says it's a private video. Do I need to subscribe to your channel at YouTube? The others are all fine, only happens on that video, which is the one I want to watch...

I am having a problem with the switch. My Prodigy is almost 3 weeks old. I talked to Casey about it on Friday and she told me to clean the threads, spring and contact points then check it with a mult meter. I PM'd her with, I have cleaned everything and there is no connection between the front and back contact points on the switch and have had no response yet. I put in a ticket on Saturday and no response yet. It may be lost in your new system. It is Ticket #8713186 Any help would be appreciated,
