If you're thinking of the Puresmoker passthrough, think no more and just buy it! I just recieved mine and holy crap; it's brutal. In a good way. I'm using a 510 atty with it and it's a fog machine.

The construction is top notch and is incredibly comfortable to hold. They even tossed in a free atomizer with my order.

I can't praise this product enough. It's that good!

That is all.

Happy vaping!

this has to be one of the biggest understatements ever!

and because if this, you can find me just about 6ft away from a wall outlet at any given moment day/night.

Yeah, pretty understated, but I thought that if you're even looking to buy a PT this expensive, you've already done your research. No need to give all the specs, yada, yada.

However, make sure you have a wall to usb adapter that can handle this guy. I just had to buy one (5v 2amp) because the one that came with my PCC is insufficient. Oh well. For now I can only use it at my computer or in my car. But that's where I am most of the time, anyways.

As an aside, these USB Dual Adapters will be available again within 1 to 2 months from the original website at or near the original $1.95 + $1.95 shipping price. If your looking for something close(but not the same) at the same $3.90 shipped price(from the original seller) go here:

USB Power Adapter

and click the "buy now" icon(for firefox and safari browser users you need to click on the extreme right side of the "buy now" icon for it to work) on the 3rd item down(listed as Power Supply w/ USB Power Adapter). I have one and although it is larger than the initial USB Dual Adapter, the USB port delivers enough amperage to run the PS USBpass very well. And, again, you can't beat the price.

I totally agree that the PS PT is crazy. I was used to old 901 batteries, and the vapor production from this thing is amazing.

Has anybody else noticed a sore throat? Maybe the timing is just a coincidence, but it's going on almost 2 weeks now. Not a coughing kind of sore throat, but like I have a lump it in. Maybe I'm sick, but that's my only symptom now after over a week and a half lol..

AND..... it's dead. Opened a ticket with PS. Waiting on a reply. It barely works sometimes, giving like 1/4 of a puff. But it's just not working.

I know they're super busy with the move, but I hope this gets sorted quickly.

And no, mctriple, I haven't noticed a sore throat. But I really only used the PS pt when the Tornado wasn't enough.

Man, I'm bummed. This isn't a cheap product.

Absolutely agree!!

ooops and sorry to hear that Shatner. I have one of originals that slips right into one of my proteges. I haven't had any issues, but it looks like it might be easy to fix. But... I'm not taking it apart to find out...

I hope it they get moved in soon so they can hook you up.

I've got a pair of the v1 PTs. I actually prefer them (with a 2A power supply) over both the GG and the v2 Prodigy in general, for the overall vaping experience - not too harsh, not too hot nor cold, just right (with 510 atties). Now if only the Prodigy v2 was closer to a 5v device than a 6v device...maybe we'll see some options for more resistance in the future.

Sorry that yours gave up the ghost - it's a pretty simply device, guessing either the cable twisted too much over time and severed a solder connection to the switch, or your adapter may need some 'persuasion.' Good luck, hopefully you'll hear back soon..I'm waiting for a ticket response about 510 atties and 36mg Riskee, but am sure they have a week or more of tickets piling up, moving isn't a quick and easy business. :(

I too, think it's a problem with a solder point. I don't like the fact that the cord twists. No offense to PS, but this is a bad design and I knew from the minute I noticed it wasn't fixed that it'd be a potential problem point. But I wasn't expecting anything this soon. I made it a point not to twist the wire while vaping, but I guess the solder was sloppy.

PS, please use a 'fixed' cord design. Have you guys seen this happening before? I've used the search feature but came up empty handed.

Mine went the first week I got it. Returned it for a refund. Definitely the cord design has to be changed. Originally it was suppose to be a fixed cord design but when they were mailed the cord design was changed.

I guess I'll just be returning it. Still haven't heard anything official. Just PM with 'we're moving, we'll be available Monday (today). No sorry for the device breaking, no nothing. Just a 'We're busy' SHAME.

Puresmoker: I have ticket open with y'all. Just go ahead and give me instructions to return this hunk of aluminum. I'll get one from somewhere else. You guys really need to fix the cord design. There's at least 3 people in this thread with the exact problems I'm having.

mine just broke off from the solder point also. had ticket open since 26th. This sucks I really loved this thing.. Anyway for me to fix this myself?

Not that I've seen. I've taken all the caps off. Tryed gently to get the switch out, but it's obvious something is still connected. So I gave that one up. It's PS's problem now.
