I am considering purchasing an Xhaler, but I have a few questions.

I have read that the color of the Xhaler is either paint or a vinyl sticker. I would definitely prefer paint over a vinyl sticker. Which Xhaler color models are painted?

I have hundreds of blank cartomizers; therefore, I would go with the KR808-1 adapter. My questions are do the cartomizers work well with the Xhaler? And I want to buy two sets of the same batteries (one charger), so which voltage works best with the Xhaler and cartomizers 3.7 or 5?

Thanks!

4,5,8,and 9 are painted...I have been dripping directly into the battery end(Kr808 and Greencig) with no wait time and vaping at 5 and 6 volts and these things ROCK flavor and vapor...I would not reccomend dripping like this with noramal batteries, but with the Xhaler it dosent matter if it leaks because you can just take it apart and clean it up...The stock carts (without Dripping) are much better with 3.7 IMO....Thanks for your interest in my products...

The cartomizers are great on the Xhaler! I use mainly the greencigs and I used to hate the kr88's but filling them with Drew's HV juice is a whole new world!
For 5 volt vaping you want the tenergy 3. batteries and charger found here:
Tenergy Batteries w/Charger

for the 3.7 I would go with the 1767 battery last LONG time!:
2UltraFire 17670 3.7V PROTECTED Li-Ion and Charger

I use both batteries but I like my green carto;'s best at 3.7 and the kr808 best at 5 volt. I would get more opinions for those who use the kr88 more frequently.
My fav right now is 5 volts with the 8O1 tip and cart with blue foam inside... it rocks!!! :D
But I have 2 exhalers and 1 is set up at 3.7 with the carts on them.

NO.... you will get tons more vapor in my opinion THE XHALER rocks them out!!! You will NOT be sorry...and MUCH longer battery life! plus NO CUT OFFS =)
I have to add that I feel the xhaler takes some of the dryness I hated about the kr808 carts out of that experience and adds some warmth to the vapor. Also added smoothness.
Be sure to get some HV juice it is wonderful in the carts!!

Drew's HV juice is by no means required to use a HV mod. It's only called HV because it is specifically designed to enhance the HV vaping experience: It is thicker consistency that keeps your atomizer wet longer to help prevent burnout.

I've also found that since my Xhaler at 5V creates more overall vapor, it uses more e-liquid so 12mg "feels" like 24mg, and with less nicotine in the mix, there is more room for flavoring.

You can certainly use the juice you have--in fact you might find you like it better at 5v/6v anyway. I use my "regular" juice, but not very often because I prefer the flavor and vapor production of HV juice (even at 3.7v) Just make sure to keep your atomizer wet to prevent atty death!

I love cartomizers on the Xhaler with 2 - 3.0v batteries. My 510s are getting much less use, actually (though the blue foam and dripping keeps them nice and wet for HV too).

But, I also find I go through cartomizers much quicker with the Xhaler. Both through accidental burning (gotta be careful and take shorter drags!) and because the higher juice consumption on HV means more refills, more frequently -- and hence a shorter lifespan in days for each carto. So it's good you're stocked up :)

Agreed with Thulium. I find part-VG juice makes a big difference with high voltage. The HV juice is great (I'm vaping the butterscotch right now!), but any flavorful, thicker juice does fine. This means you could try adding some VG (or VG-based nicotine) and a dash of flavor to your existing regular juice.

The Xhaler is totally depleting my juice stocks, but it's made me a complete flavor and vapor snob, and all my Dekang juice is just sitting unused. :p

“it uses more e-liquid so 12mg "feels" like 24mg,”

I have over a liter of 36 mg juice; so will that “feel” like 64 mg juice? The experimenting will begin soon!

Happy New Year!

I don't have any 64mg juice to compare, but I do have a bit of 36mg ECOpure...I'll try it now....

Whoa...Too much for me! Aiyeee... That'll kill a craving quick, but I can't handle it. It's actually a pretty nice TH (even on direct inhale which I understand a lot of people don't use for HV), but just a couple of drags and I have to put it down cuz I'm feeling lightheaded.
