I'm down to 6mg after 2 years (Started at 12, then 9 for a year), only to not have it taste acidic. Otherwise, I don't understand why anyone would go to zero. There's no harm in a little nic for pleasure. That's like drinking alcohol free beer or decaffeinated coffee. What fun is that?
I don't have a go at people who want to vape forever, or vape 24mg nic, to each their own.
I said I started at 0mg nic due to misinformation on my 1st post, but why on earth would I go back to it now?, and as a ex-smoker, I feel nic must have played a part in my addiction.
I like decaf coffee

, I do not even feel any difference, just a shame the good coffee never comes with out!, but caffeine it seems, has little to no effect on me, regarding nic, there was never any "fun" in it for me, I honestly have no idea what you mean by fun...I prefer to vape herbs once in a while for fun (legally over here).
I am a flavour chaser, not a nic chaser, I LUV flavours, how can one dislike flavours, I don't know, but many vape non flavoured and enjoy it!, this is the beauty of vaping, so much choice, so many options!, but my liquids do not come close to "acidic"!? I think you will find many *chasers/vapers and non smokers go 0mg nic/start at 0.
Nobody knows...but inhaling copious amounts of chemicals will never be 100% safe, harm reduction for smokers, yes for sure imo, and for now, I will go with the UK's official verdict, "95% safer than smoking".
I've also got pretty severe undiagnosed ADHD (have all the symptoms, but never went to a Dr. to be diagnosed officially), and I have noticed the nicotine helps me concentrate considerably. Anyway, I've not noticed any real negative side effects from vaping so not planning on quitting.
ADHD or not, nic is known to be beneficial in certain scenarios, and if you feel nic is really helping you, go for it.
Lastly and just as a note and with no offence meant, "Before his death, father of ADHD admitted it was a fictitious disease" the Psychiatric profession is all about generating profits for Big Pharma
, while some people may really need help and even manage to find it, others and I dare say many, do not,
So many meds have never been tested properly also, scary stuff tbh.
