Any suggestions on a Cinnamon concentrate? I know that there are concerns vaping it but I still want it for subtle flavoring.

I’ve been using different Cinnamon Danish/Swirl/Rolls to try to get that subtle cinnamon flavor but those are very sweet and doughy as well which I don’t want in some recipes.

I’m not getting very helpful notes/ reviews on ELR and Reddit is all over the place. Or maybe its but instead of spending more time trying to look up profiles I was hoping for opinions.

I see TFA is used in most recipes but there’s also a couple of FA ones - Rich and Ceylon then a Red Hot somewhere. And then a FW which is called “lighter” so I’m confused as to which to get. And someone has ethanol it it :w00t: !

So for people who use Cinnamon which concentrate do you prefer? Thanks

@Fidola13 - I have used FA Cinnamon Ceylon and like it. That is the only one I have used so I have nothing to compare it to. The overwhelming favorite of the Reddit reviewers is FLV Rich Cinnamon. As for cinnamon being bad for us to vape, powdered cinnamon contains coumarin which could be bad in a vape but the cinnamon flavors available to us in liquid form don't have coumarin so should be fine.

Any suggestions on a Cinnamon concentrate?
Flavorah (FLV) Rich Cinnamon seems to be the most common go-to straight up cinnamon (no bakery notes) concentrate. It is expensive, but also super strong, so it stretches the dollars a little better (some go so far, as to use a 10% dilution). FlavourArts (FA) Cinnamon Ceylon seems to be a close second.

I have used both; and don't notice too much of a difference. However, I am not a big cinnamon fan (I always use the least I can get away with), so others may have different opinions. :)

Thanks for clarifying that info on cinnamon. I don’t want to be spreading false information!

Thanks! I’m afraid the Rich maybe overwhelming so I’m leaning towards the Ceylon.

What enclosure is that? Or is it a kit?
Its a kit from protovapor. Used to get it as just the box but they wont sale it that way anymore. Pretty neat little mod. Its small but its 18650. Wish they would do it with a 21700

@FranC @hittman etc. — I have around 10 boxes of the Zenith 0.8 ohm coils that I do not use. If you would like them, just let me know. Trying to thin out stuff that I do not use.

If Fran and Zazzie want the coils then give them first shot at them. Since I haven't tried the .8 yet, I don't know if I'd like them. If there's any left then I'd take some.

@NolaMel said in the Shinyitis thread that she wants Zenith coils but couldn't find any good prices. Maybe give her the first crack at these? I mean, I just bought fourteen more boxes, bringing my stash up to fifty or so, so I'm hardly in need. Just on a mad quest to get enough to last me to my deathbed.

You’re sweet, I’m just adding to my stash. I have a shoebox and a half of zenith coils (no half measures here lol). I try and add a bit each month for my more elder years. Once I decided it was a tank I liked enough to use besides my rtas, I decided to stockpile for the future. I’ll stick mostly with my rebuildables for now (but do use zeniths for trips). I have to be realistic that eventually the arthritis in my left hand will make coil building/installing impossible. Plus, I have enough nic to get me to the nursing home. Gotta have gear to use it with!

Personally...(not to ruffle anyone's feathers), I think NotSoMini should put the coils on the Classies to recoup some of the $65+ likely spent on them. It could be used for more flavorings, PG, VG, nic base, etc.. Lots of us have stocked up and then some, on the Zenith coils. It's a very generous gesture, but $65+ could go a long way toward DIY supplies.

Heavens, I never expected 'em to be free--that would be madness!

Note: I wish I could get verified. Not having access to the classifieds is painful.

I'm doing the same. Even though I seem to be considering building (much to my shock), I know that simpler is going to be better as time goes on. Besides, I have a million Zeniths. I need to keep using them to justify the investment.

I wonder how long the tanks will last. I have this vision of the poor soul saddled with emptying out my house when I die finding ten Zeniths still untouched in their shrinkwrapped boxes.

BTW — an update on Lemondowski. It is wonderful! The longer it steeps, the better it gets. This from someone who has never enjoyed custard vapes. I can't wait to try Zing now. I am blown away. Leopards CAN change their spots. :D If I start vaping donuts, someone better come check on me. I could be losing it out here in the Pacific NW. LOL

Absolutely love mine - fits my 75 flavours no problem and it's going to make mixing much quicker

You and a lot of other people too. I don’t understand why but something to do with forum politics or missing people I think. Who knew forums had politics lol!

I imagine the Classifieds here would be awesome if more people could actually use them. I’m glad I got verified when I did but it’s limited because new people can’t sell or buy stuff.

    Disappointing really.

Yeah, I read up on the saga. It's too bad a fix can't be found. Oh, well. Less temptation. Maybe I should be grateful.

I've only ever used diyflavorshack's cinnamon so far but it's worked fine for me, I don't think any of dawn's flavors haven't been pretty much spot on (just wish they weren't as expensive...but worth it I guess, lol ok not expensive they're like $5 or $6 but still, when I'm getting flavors for under $1.70 lol I can't bring myself to buy hers at the moment, but again as I said from the 15 flavors I had of hers they were all good and worth buying)
