I'm getting to the point where I would love to spend my winters somewhere warmer but it's just not possible.Woe is me.
I definitely don't mind after living through northern Minnesota winters most my life, but it's more the wifey can't take them (California girl). It's getting so expensive though.. we have to sell it, and I don't think we can stomach getting hit with a hurricane again. Harvey was not a nice guy.

Can't say I blame you for avoiding hurricane country.

When I get the renovations finished in an investment house I bought about 17 miles from me, I'm going to rent it Jan-Apr. to northerners who want to escape their winter. Also plan on possibly doing 1-2 week rentals during summer, for people I know, who want to come down and do the theme parks, beaches, etc. with their families. I'm not going to allow smoking in it, but vaping will be fine.

    Nice job, looks great!:thumb:
Good afternoon everyone! I hope everyone is doing well today!

I got my new rolling cart for my vape “station” and got it all organized. It’ll be much less of a hassle than keeping everything in the closet.

I’ve got a few recipes I want to mix up at some point today. I’ll have to wait until later this afternoon because I have a doctors appointment at 2pm. Hopefully it won’t be a long one but one never knows.

I got a lot done yesterday despite my trembling hands. I rewicked and cleaned the coils oN EVERY atty I have 20 sitting in front of me. And I actually use ALL of them. I do have favorites but I love changing things up.

When I receive the Provaris I bought them I’ll have mtl atties out too. I may need a bigger coffee table organizer.

Speaking of coffee table organizers what do other people use? Right now I’m using the bottom of a wooden wine box to hold the mods and atties that are in rotation. Not very pretty but I’d be knocking everything over otherwise.

I’m eager to try out my new “vape station” lol!! I have to hide the paper towels otherwise I’ll find it in shreds.

On the subject of batteries and this time internal, a couple of months ago I bought a mod that has an internal battery and like it so I want to buy a couple more to stash. What is the safe and proper way to store mods with internal batteries? If they battery is not already drained, should I drain it first?
I store mine at about 75% but you still need to check them now and then. Lipo's dont hold like 18650's in my experience.

Zazie what bottles are you using for your base? Mine are perfect size and feel
    These 8oz bottles.
Do u know anyone you could ship it to then they could ship it to?
@PJReid ever so kindly offered to do this for me, but I decided to take advantage of the chance not to be spendthrift and hold off.

I finished my bottle of Rhubarb Corn bread and couldn't find the dang recipe anywhere. I searched this thread and found it. Really liked the mix so glad I posted it here.

This is why I'm working on a recipe book for all my DIY stuff. Right now I only have like 4 recipes, 2 I'm still tinkering with, but once I have more I'll print them off and put them in a binder with my DIY stuff so they're always at hand.

:offtopic: I really wish they’d move that disagree button. It’s SO easy to disagree when you meant to agree when on the site on a phone.
The other day, in another thread, I said, wouldn't it be nice if it were moved after the "creative" button?

I input my keeper recipes to ELR and also put them in my binder. I lost a half dozen recipes awhile back when they encountered a spill on my counter.Think the Rhubarb Cornbread was one of those. If I like a recipe I usually post it here also.

    I have several "interesting" mixes....LOL:)
Have you tried Nic River caramel popcorn? I have some steeping, haven’t tried it yet. I sure love to eat caramel popcorn, I hope I like the vape. But there are lots of things that I like to eat that I don’t like to vape. Peanut butter is a good example

Not for me. For one thing I can't taste caramel in a vape at all, just the sweetness. Second thing is sweet vapes do not work for me.
