I was able to get a couple of nice pics of one of the hatchlings at feeding time:

Question ; when mixing a milkshake e-liquid, how much of the flavor is the base and how much is the fruit / sweet / whatever ?
Hard to answer that one. It's a matter of individual taste. Best way to find out is experiment.

The right way, or my lazy way? I make 60ml of milkshake, then split it up for recipes. I just add the additional flavors to the premixed milkshake. May not be correct, but it works for me. Saves time to not have to steep for a month again if I’m adding fruits. And I can make several different juices that way

I know for me, a person new to DIY, it depends on how that particular flavor comes out in previous mixes I've used them in. An example-- I use banana cream in a few mixes, and I know in those mixes 3.5% is good for the strength of banana flavor I like. So when I use it in the milkshake base @FranC posted I know 3.5% banana cream should come through nicely. At the very least, it's a starting point.

If I am not familiar how a flavor acts in mixes I refer to my sft's and usually decrease the percentage a bit.

    Somewhere between here and there
I want to take my steeped milkshake base and add strawberry. Need suggestions, please :). I have the following...

    Alpine strawberry FLV
    Ripe strawberry CAP
    Strawberry, red touch FA
    Shisha strawberry INW
    Strawberry TPA
    Strawberry ripe TPA
Do I need to add anything else to balance it? Also have a bunch of raspberries and other fruits

I don't have the red touch that PJ mentioned so I don't know what it brings. I like tpa strawberry ripe and inw shisha strawberry mixed.

I don't have the Red Touch either. Thought about it and decided I have plenty of strawberries already.

I would go with the popular Strawberry Trinity - TFA Strawberry Ripe @ 3%, INW Shisha Strawberry @ 2%, and FA Red Touch @ 0.5%.
I just realized how high the total %is... do I need to add x amount of the trinity, or add as written? The milkshake base is 8.5% total, I don’t want to overwhelm the creamy yumminess

I took the Shisha Vanilla out because the percentage was getting a little high and replaced it with whichever flavor I wanted the milkshake to take on. It was still good...

I'd go with a lesser amount of strawberry.
