    Somewhere between here and there
I like FLV lemonade, for me it's more a dryer/powder lemonade. For a juicier lemonade I like LA. Both mix well with other lemons and fruits. FW lemonade is supposed to be good but I've not tried it; have also read good things about VT, Purilum, and WF lemonades.

Bill’s recipe used the FW and it was good but high percentages. I tried halving it but it wasn’t as good. I have big bottles of the purilum lemonade and strawberry lemonade. I was mixing them at 6% each. I have the WF SC lemonade on the way from bcf. I’m looking forward to trying it.

I bought Hs gold and silver to try about a month or so ago after hearing some good reviews on it. I had a sft dated 6-1 in my cabinet. I’m liking it pretty well.

I had it on my wish list but didn't add it to my order during the bcf sale. I wish I did now.

I’ve decided to only purchase flavor concentrates that are at the end of the alphabet so I don’t have to REORGANIZE and DOUBLE up flavors again!!!!!! For the UMPTEENTH time!!!

I have a 4th case starting with the letter S then 2 more cases for every concentrate to be determined lol!!!

My 1st 2 polish cases hold 64 slots each not including the double up. The next 3 hold 36. If that doesn’t do it I’m calling it a day and will have a lottery from my diy stuff!!!

LMP - the best yet (Lemon meringue pie - the best yet.)

10 day steep and vaping it tastes like I'm eating a bite of lemon meringue pie. Success................Time to mix up a 100ml when I have a chance.

It's 1 of the 2 eliquids that I make in 120mL batches now. Between giving samples of it to others, what my hairdresser gets, and what I use daily...I was having to make it too often in smaller amounts. I remember our PM's about the recipe back in May. Glad you have success with it and love it, too. :thumb:

What's the other 120ml you mix?

What's the other 120ml you mix?

The WF Hazelnut & Cream, singly @ just 6-8% is the other one. Have several local people who really like it, too. The Caramel Latte, made with OSDIY Lucky Shot @ 7% + Lotta Latte @ 6% is a regular 100mL batch now. It used to be a 120mL, but more people are liking the LMP and the HN+C now.

A bit off topic (maybe, kinda, sorta, not really?); use only hardware you are very comfortable/familiar with, for flavor testing. Otherwise, you are not going to be certain whether the perceived flavor is the result of the hardware, or the concentrate.

By my reading of your posting; I wouldn't know if the result/flavor outcome was due to the wicking, atty, or concentrate. Ideally, one will do testing on equipment, as close to what one's daily set-up is. Barring that, one would (ideally?) use hardware that can emulate that as much as possible.

Using new/unfamiliar hardware, can only be uninformative (for that, and any other hardware).

(based only on my own personal experience  )
What you say makes perfect sense, but for me to test on equipment I'm familiar with would involve using an inordinate number of Zenith coils--and I'm phasing that atty out. And at this stage of the game I have no idea what's going to end up in the daily rotation. At least I can get a sense of a flavor's flavor the way I'm testing now, even if it may not be precisely what it'll turn out to be in whatever tank it ends up in. Plus I have used the Berserker with a couple of juices with which I'm very familiar and they taste as they should, so I know it's not distorting things too much.

The Grapefruit Gin and Tonic seems to be my first successful "summer" recipe. I've been vaping it since yesterday and it has an acceptable sweetness to me.
Did you post this recipe? It sounds like something I might like a lot.

I'm going to switch to numbering, I think. It'll mean always having to consult a master list, but reorganizing will no longer be necessary.

Honestly, IDK. For some of my mixes, 14% flavor isn't that much. I rarely go much higher than that but 14% doesn't bother me if every flavor is needed. You could probably cut the trinity in half if the flavors are too high for you.
I’m not averse to higher % mixes, I was just uncertain on the balance between creamy and fruit. TY!!

I took the advice of Joel I think it was. I stopped doing them in alphabetical order and just add new flavors to my cases as I buy them. I made a master list in alphabetical order that I can easily edit on the computer. It lists each flavor in which case, which side, and which slot. For example if I want soho, I look at the list under S and it might say case 3, side A, slot 21. It has really taken the hassle out of adding flavors.

I don't have that many flavors, maybe 100, or any cases. But I am already separating them by flavor profile. Fruits, Vanillas, Bakery, Additives, even have a few leftover liquor and tobacco flavors. If I fall further down the rabbit hole, I will start with cases and still separate by profile. Hopefully it works out.

I made the LMP and liked it, but then made Zing-Remix and have been stuck on that for a bit. I might switch back for a change. I put VTA Lemonade Clear on my wish list as @PJReid used that (and VTA Sour Lemon) for subs in the Shattered Lemons. The hard part is I don't have too many flavors that are calling me to order (sounds like @FranC) ! I have plenty to play with that I haven't explored yet and lots that can be used as subs. I think I'm going to pass on ordering flavors until Labor Day. I'm sure I'l have a longer list by then with all you enablers!

It's more about consistency - so that you know what mix tastes right, and what mix tastes funky and can eliminate your testing equipment as the cause or reason.

Using your beserker RDA for testing is perfect, and then once you have an RTA you are comfortable with, use that to test the 'good' mixes even further. I use a hadaly RDA for initial yay or nay testing, Yay's go into a doggy RTA - and then into whatever RTA I think would suit that profile the best.

Anyone know a good place to get geekvape mesh x2 coils? I like the Cerberus tank and would like to get some coils for it for when I don’t feel like building.
Eightvape and MFS usually have the best prices on coils stateside. Eightvape shipping is higher so sometimes MFS ends up being cheaper. MFS runs good coil sales as well, sign up for the newsletter. FT gives a 5% discount for every 5 packs of coils you put in one order.
