@ChelsB - Do you have 1 big inventoried list of which exact flavorings you already have? Might be helpful...to check it against a list you may find somewhere. I know my list has helped me not order flavorings I already have, but didn't remember having. ;)

Just my stash list over at the other place [emoji4]
I do hope I come across a list. Kind of like what most of us have in our cupboards: flour, sugar, salt, etc.

I love Cardinal. 14 days is very important, and then it becomes extremely good past the 30 day mark. Another way I found to use HHG RY4 is with vanilla ice cream LB, and a kiss of butterscotch. I've been vaping it for the last two days.

Absolutely agree. Much, much better than what I originally mixed so I must not have let it steep long enough. This time I steeped 16 days and taste quite good. Day 17 of the steep and I already notice the difference between day 16 and 17. I can see why this is so popular. I cannot see my 10ml taste sample bottle lasting me 30 days. Will mix more.

HHG RY4 with VIC and butterscotch sounds yummy. I may need to adjust in case it is too sweet for my taste.

ok well I mean some must haves would be
  • ws-23 cooling without menthol taste
  • smooth to help smooth over harsh vapes
  • sweetener (though I don't use it anymore)
  • acetyl pyrazine 5% to help add some nuttiness or fresh baked to bakery items
  • sour to help add a touch of sour to your vape
  • sugar crunch adds a "crunchiness" to bakery/dessert vapes
  • vanillin to help add vanilla flavoring
  • cotton candy and marshmallow
as for flavorings it really depends on what you want to make
  • fruits always go for the normal, ripe and sweet versions to layer them together
  • graham cracker is great with all sorts of things and in bakery items and crusts
  • cheesecakes and creams (sweet cream and meringue can go a long way to add creaminess/milkshake/ect; mascarpone helps add more cheese flavor to cheesecakes; vanilla bean ice cream is almost a must have; bavarian cream is another good one; yogurt; vanilla custard; condensed milk)
  • brown sugar and maple syrup are great for breakfast/desserts
  • pastry vapes (baked bread in very small amounts; brown sugar, cinnamon and graham cracker goes a long way to help; cookie; croissant; deep fried pastry dough)
  • base flavors (yellow cake; rice crunchies; pancake; gingerbread; pound cake; frosted donut; waffle; angel cake)
I'm sure there are more but that's all I can think of off the top of my head, hope it helps

Thanks! Have you tried this recipe? I've got to get some of that CAP Sugar Cookie, I keep seeing it in recipes everywhere. It's obviously a good staple to have in the flavor stash!

It's actually quite a versatile flavour too - a small % for a sugary crunch - larger % for actual cookies.

I use it at only 0.5% in a lemon ice cream mix - it just adds to the mix.

The mix I made was to replicate an actual Ice Cream that has lemon curd, and cheesecake base pieces in it. It's an amazing ice cream ;)

So CAP sugar cookie added to the mix, gave it the crunchy sweet cheesecake base
    4% CAP Italian Lemon Sicily
4% CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
    2% TFA Vanilla Swirl
    2% CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream
    0.5% CAP Sugar Cookie

And yes - it's a very sweet mix, especially since I add 0.25% cap super sweet to it ;)

Just in case you do try it, it didn't get good for me till after 3 weeks. It is very sundae-ish in flavor. It does lean towards the sweet side.

Looks absolutely delicious and I have everything except the Sugar Cookie and Lemon Sicily! Thanks!

That brings me to another question: is there a place somewhere that lists flavors any serious DIYer should have in their stash? Not that I necessarily NEED more but it’s a list I’d like to see nonetheless

This is as close to what you are asking for that I have seen.

reddit: the front page of the internet

There are flavors on that list (tobaccos, etc.) that I would personally never use but the list is pretty good for basics.

It said it was a new flavor on bcf. It is kinda sweet. Honestly I’m not really sure why I bought it. I don’t think it was for a recipe I saw.
It must have looked good to you.

Thanks very much, Fran. I even have all the ingredients!
    That's great!! Enjoy:)

Same here, I can finally make it as it was intended after getting Milk&Honey with this last order. It was the first thing I mixed after opening the package.:)
