Good morning all you random folks. Happy New Year! Have you any plans today? Have to go back to work tomorrow or not til Monday? Everyone have their houses back in order. Anyone have mixing plans?
My plan right now is to finish my tank of the Stixx Blueberry Tea so I can try the Stixx Wild Strawberry Tea.
I thought at first the blueberry had more blueberry taste but I’ll have to try it again with some Bilberry. Blueberry has always need a weak flavor to me Solo.
So I have hopes of doing better with the strawberry. I will know soon.

My very first thought when trying the Wild Strawberry Tea was that I can mix better than this. So far a big disappointment but I’ll give it some time
Happy New Year everyone! I hope good things come to all in 2020. I love a fresh start to a new year. My son turns 20 this year in March, and I will have my time in for retirement in September which is huge to me. I don’t really do resolutions but I have a goal to be more mindful of my spending and to save as much money as I can. I hired a contractor to renovate my Mom’s bathroom last year and I will be getting started on my Dad’s bathroom very soon. Just random thoughts. Does anyone have any resolutions for 2020?
I've always thought if I made a resolution I wouldn't keep it so I've never bothered....LOL
I go back to work tomorrow. I enjoyed my vacation so much! I needed a break badly. This has been my longest vacation I’ve ever had in my work career. We go to Mom’s today for the traditional New Years meal. Black eyed peas, turnip greens, pork roast, etc. I need to do some laundry but other than that I’m going to take it easy on my last day.
My Solo is working again. Changed out the coil and it fires at full strength again. Makes absolutely no sense. I swapped atties with my JAC and it wouldn't fire full strength no matter which atty I had on it. Meanwhile, the JAC fired them both at full strength. Repeated tests and same results. Very strange. Gonna have to keep my eye on this one.
Lose 30 pounds. Just like last year. and the year before, and the year before....
I mentioned this to Mamaw. This morning there are two DiGornio pizzas and a Pepperidge Farms chocolate cake in the freezer, and a skillet full of breakfast scrambler this morning.
She is definitely a "fat and happy" wife. As in her man should be fat and happy.
Other than that, no New Year plans...

I have to go back to work tomorrow but that’s ok. I haven’t tried the tea flavors yet but they are mixed. It doesn’t sound like they are very good.
I tend to overspend at Xmas since I love giving my wife and kids nice things. I guess my resolution would be to get some money saved. That and to try to spend way less on vaping stuff.
I really need to take of about 15 pounds myself. I got out of exercising as much last year and think my metabolism is slowing some as I get older. I feel best around 185 and my last weigh in was 199. That’s too heavy for me. No promises but I’ll try to get back into some kind of regular exercise routine.
