Have you ever read a recipe and thought 'I'd like to try that someday'...
And when Someday comes, you mix up a 10ml sample...
and as you are putting the flavors away, you can't quite remember if you used all of them, or missed one...

so you dump the 10ml sample and start over. Have you ever done that ?

Yep, especially when I'm distracted. I go down the list of ingredients snd set each bottle aside to the left now. That way I don't have to try and remember which ones I used already.

Similar to the way I work. Flavors get shaken up then arranged left to right in recipe order. Caps come off all of them, set right in front of the bottle. After adding the flavor I set the cap back on the bottle (loose, tighten all later) so I know I've added it

That is why on my written(printed) recipe I checkmark it to mark it off that I did it. You are not the only one getting older. lol


ps i should add that my recipes are online at the place that can't be named so when I go to mix, I just print the recipe out and when I am finished mixing the paper copy gets thrown away.

Purilum has several pretty good flavors. I think DC or someone from this thread has almost all of them.

Hate to make an order from CA for $1.39.

Their Purilum line has some good flavors. If you like tobacco (with a "nutty" flavor) Pur sweet tobacco is great! I absolutely love it (can even be used as just a nutty flavor) I just discovered Pur butter mint (peppermint with a bit of butter and cream) I've heard they have several good berry flavors too. They are now called River Supply and have quite a few other brands too.

For some reason I never ordered it or tried it. I know I should have. I found the company in Canada that has it and bit the bullet on shipping and got a couple big bottles. It was the same shipping price so I added a couple I had on my bcf wishlist to help offset the shipping cost.
