I'll match your 2 cents. The DCC can tend to be a bit too tootsie roll on the exhale. The milk chocolate tempers that a little. The 2:1 ratio is about right.

Where does that come from?IMO Pur Raspberry
Where does that come from?
Good to know. I haven't found a rasberry I like, same for blueberry. I tried a handful of PUR flavors, but no fruits yet.NicRiver of whatever they're called now. I like the Raspberry so I got a big bottle cause it's the only thing I buy there.

There's a lot of good strawberries.Fa Juicy Strawberry,INW Shisha Strawberry,TFA Ripe Strawberry. For the chocolate I'd lean toward VT Chocolate Mousse. What would be a good chocolate to add to a cheesecake recipe ?
Or a strawberry for a cheesecake recipe ?
They used to sell several brands. Maybe you can just add some to your stock you know you already like?Already been looking at other stuff.![]()
Not only have I done that but I repeated it on my second attempt too. At least I was smart enuf not to do a third attempt. I shut down operations for the day.Have you ever read a recipe and thought 'I'd like to try that someday'...
And when Someday comes, you mix up a 10ml sample...
and as you are putting the flavors away, you can't quite remember if you used all of them, or missed one...
so you dump the 10ml sample and start over. Have you ever done that ?
(I'm getting old)
Yep, especially when I'm distracted. I go down the list of ingredients and set each bottle aside to the left now. That way I don't have to try and remember which ones I used already.Have you ever read a recipe and thought 'I'd like to try that someday'...
