I lost my 17 yr old sweet boy, tiger cat. He had way more than 9 lives and passed in his sleep.

I wish that would be the case here. But honestly they are never here long enough, no matter when they go.

I keep meaning to try making flavor shots and stones. What’s your favorite flavor shot?
Also, do most people here have just one ADV or do you all rotate flavors?
I have a few ADVs, and a rotating bunch of new, or “wow, I haven’t made this in a while” bottles. I pull out only 6 each week so I don’t get tired of them.

I rotate flavors always between a half dozen pv's and change up flavors often also. I can't afford to burn out on any more flavors.

So true. My little guy has kidney disease and is on food that costs $2.25 a can (and he eats 2.5 cans a day). Anything to help prolong his life is worth it to me. We had to put our other kitty to sleep in November due to acute kidney failure. Unfortunately cats just aren’t built to live long lives no matter how well we take care of them . So sad. I’m not ready to lose another, I hope this special prescription diet makes a real difference

I got a bit bored today of what all I have made up.

Mixed up a 50 ml bottle
2 ml Italian Lemon Sicily - Cap
1 ml Vanilla Swirl - TFA

Easy peasy and light - most enjoyable !

and yes...I am truly loving using the Vanilla Swirl !
I think I have kind of made it my flavor base

So I mentioned my neighbor who in 2004 took up vaping. He went to a vape shop, tried three flavors and liked the third one (bottled tobacco swill of some kind). Since then it is all he has ever vaped. Well, I'm getting him into DIY ahead of the Deeming deadline. I mixed him 14 different tobaccos. 11 of them were bottled tobacco swill along with three NETs. He vaped five of them and liked the second one (Burley - FA) and stopped. Said it was plenty good. Tough nut to crack, eh? I don't know if I should feel good that he so quickly found a flavor he likes or slap him.
    I'm jealous of him.

I lost my last one to kidney disease. This one has asthma, diabetes, and cancer. :( I will do just about anything for my cat, too, but I drew the line at chemo and/or surgery when I found out it would only give him an average of 6 additional months.

I hope the food works! Also I hope your cat is easy to give sub-q fluids to. That does help a lot if you can manage it.

How often, if ever, do you tire of a flavor?
I tired of my coffee mixes .I vaped them for a very long time.I also tired of my vendor tobacco blends after a long time.Takes less time to burn out on a single flavor

I think it depends on how far it has progressed. We went through the same thing with our 14 year old cat. We bought the special food from the vet. Our cat got to the point where he didn’t want to eat the special food and my wife started giving him tuna. Good luck. I hope he stays with you as long as possible.
