Wanted to try JF Double RY4 too.
Please let me know if you like it... I need a RY4 (just ran out of a pre-made that I've relied on to make my tobacco mix) Everyone says (TFA) Ry4 double but it's mostly "butterscotch" to me... I want more of a rich caramel (darker).

I will not even try to suggest how long to steep (any flavor) but I will suggest testing some at twice a week just to see (might as well see how it evolves along the way) I know my cheesecake should steep a long time (geeze... a month, but really?) But I will still check it twice a week to see how it's doing (and may learn in the end it just got better)

As I said before cheesecake needs a month to enjoy it’s flavor the best. With that said again I’ll also say I know how hard it is for a new mixer to steep. It does get easier.

I know Fran... it's not so hard when someone says "steep 5-7 days" but a month is hard to wrap my head around... but I trust you on that (like I said making a 30 ml batch and will let it set... patience is a virtue I guess)
I have so much mixed that steeping is no problem.

    I don’t even have a list.
I always have a list. Sort of like window shopping... by the time I’m ready to order, the fancy to have it has passed often. I leave them there in case I come across the recipe again that made me want it in the first place. A list of vaguely intriguing and puzzling flavors lol

My problem now isn’t waiting for steeping. It’s that I have so much sitting in my cabinet that I doubt I’ll ever get it all used. I only go through a few ml a day. However it doesn’t keep me from mixing new recipes when I see something. I’ve got a 60ml bottle of a cheesecake mix that I know is over a year old.

Should I add the graham now (I'm sure it will need a bit) I have a small batch of each right now and haven't mixed the 30 ml yet. What I mean is can I experiment with cheesecake and graham for a week or so or should I just add some graham now?
IMO the point is letting the flavors steep together. On the other hand, if you're just taste testing you can do your experiments. I've never mixed plain cheesecake to vape , with or without graham.

Betting the year old cheesecake base is good. I just used my year old stuff.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans?

I am going to the grocery store to help quell my twelve year old's anxiety about the Corona Virus. She wants to make sure she doesn't run out of hot fries (chips). I suppose I'll add some food as well.

It is made from your recipe. I think it was around the time you first started messing with adding brie.

Could be. You should use it now or dump it. I know it keeps a year but don't know how much longer.
