My youngest finally went out to wash her filthy car. I thought I’d be nice and help her. I did the wheels and vacuumed inside. Holy cow it’s hot outside.
We're getting one cool day. Had a high of 68. 76 tomorrow then back in the 80's we go.

IDK? I would try replacing the O ring if it won't seat on its own. I gotta say those O-rings are not exceedingly awesome for the tank. I mean, they.. Well I've had to replace a couple on mine. You may not be getting a good seal and it's the easiest thing to try first. Is it the SS or the black ultem? I actually find the black ones much harder to use strangely enough. IDK why. But, are you using rayon or cotton? With rayon I really pack the wicking down to and almost THROUGH (I mean not through obviously but yea, I pack mine pretty tight.

It’s the black! The vape is awesome though! Unlike the doggy-when it’s unhappy then gurgle city. I’ve wondered about the oring, already had a top one split.

Thanks to you guys it’s always rayon.

Be prepared to buy a couple riding mowers. Every person I know with land spends a lot of time mowing.

She may need more than that, to do that many acres. I use a little Kubota G1800, a 52" Hustler Zero Turn, and a Kubota B2400 HSD tractor w/60" mid-mount mower...for just 10 acres total (the immediate yard around the house & up to the roadside, the barnyard, and pastures.) ;)

It's only 87 here, way cooler than normal. But the AC is fixed - there was a short the guy had to track down that caused the transformer to fry. Some would've replaced the transformer and left and it would've gone out again real fast, so this guy was great.

Read here years ago,, some people taste coconut other people taste butter. Maybe try another brand.- that said,, other people who have had my recipe have mentioned they taste the coconut which is only 1% or less when I add it.
That's interesting because I mentioned (WF) Croissant having a butter taste and Fran said she doesn't taste butter at all... taste is subjective for sure. I'm one of those who is "strawberry blind" but have a "candy" strawberry I can taste.

I'm raspberry blind.. Taste is subjective.. I don't like habanero peppers cuz they smell like a chemical cleaner to me. I love most peppers and spicy food.

Today's mix ended up being 2ml RF Key Lime Pie and 1ml Vanilla Swirl (30ml bottle)
Yummy so far - and I know the Key Lime Pie will bloom in a few days.
If you like it them you have a winner. WooHoo

Is right. I get no butter at all out of it.

What did your ghost do, @FranC?

    Current temp: 52°
The ghost was in the attic that was finished off in a living area and 2 bedrooms. My Mom always kept the bottom of stairs door locked. When I was around 12 I had a bunch of friends over and We played in the attic. Safety in numbers...right? When it was time for everyone to head home I was the last in line going down the stairs. I caught movement at one of the bedrooms doors. I looked and saw the door opening. One skeleton hand gripping the door. I didn’t wait to see the rest and I hit the bottom of the stairs fast and locked the door......Their are other stories but that’s the one that really rattled me.

Rehabilitate Anna is coming along nicely. The husband informed me two days per week we each had to fill a trash bag full of stuff we don't need and aren't taking.

I love that kind of stuff, I take it as a challenge. I started today going "You can consolidate your meds and ended up finding my BIRTH certificate. It's from Berlin. I had no idea I still had it or many employee evals of awesome going back many, many years. Good for me for keeping them. I also found some of my college essays but I did not have time to read them. I took out like 3 bags of trash.

I stopped because I still have to do yoga and I'm not entirely feeling it. I am giving me a break first, which means as USUAL I will do yoga late. It's my favorite time honestly. I know it goes against every principle known to mankind but like I hope I get home in time to do it after work at my new job because it's like 7:30 to 4 or something so if the commute isn't bad (I don't really want more than a half hour, but less than 15 is too little) I may be able to make the husband let me continue.

I doubt quite highly it will be that house. It's really on the high side, we are thinking more 150 and it has some issues, I think it's in town and deeded weird so you can't have any animals. There are woods and that's good so you don't have to mow it all, but we will have enough acres to need a riding mower, I am pretty sure. That first house was really my favorite but it's an auction house so who KNOWS what it would go for and you have to do all this stuff I am clueless how to do.

It is absolutely gorgeous however but I, personally, do not love the idea of maintaining perfect landscaping and mowing 12 acres of grass for no reason because I cannot even speckle it with beasts and things.

I have no issue with a house that old really, it's got a steel roof and it is seated correctly. The husband was like "I'd have to see how it is sitting on its foundation" like immediately. He was like, "And if it was messed up you would say *I* could fix it." I said, "No, actually I WOULDN'T. It's like the shoemakers kids like, going barefoot. You can forget THAT idea or ANY project homes, just cross them right off the list."

If farm animals are on your must have list then make sure you can have them. Existing barn would be a big plus.

My youngest half sister came to live with us for awhile. She was 7 years older than me and wanted her own bedroom. The only bedrooms available were in the attic. She lasted one night. She saw her bedroom door open and she heard the footfalls stopping at the foot of the bed. The light coming in the windows showed no one there. About 5 minutes later the footfalls left the room and the door closed. Another 5 minutes she was flying down the stairs.
