FW makes two. Butterscotch and Natural Butterscotch. FLV also makes two. Butterscotch and Smoked Butterscotch. I am picking up all four tomorrow morning from BCF. I’ve tried two. Butterscotch (FA) and Butterscotch Ripple (FW). Both were good I thought. The Ripple is a bit on the sweet side so would not be prominent in anything I make but that is a very popular one. Kind of like butterscotch ice cream. I think I’ve watched every butterscotch video there is. Consistent with all of them is their affection for FW and FLV. All others kind of got a meh reaction. So I’m looking forward to those considering I already like the FA version.

You posted while I was typing. I have the smoked butterscotch too but don’t remember what it was like. I wasn’t good at keeping notes back then.

That smoked butterscotch sounds real interesting to me. My only fear with that one is it might be too rich. We’ll see.

Is mixed berry that "3B cheesecake" recipe I have seen people rave about? Because I have been wanting to try some DIY cheesecake. I never had much luck with commercial cheesecake juice.
No but they are both my recipes. They are in Zazie’s blog.

Been a rough one and I’m glad tomorrow is Friday. A program that is my baby at work was corrupted by a new guy this week. He’s not even in my department. Of course it’s up to me to fix it and I tried everything to no avail. I had to send an entire copy to the vendor to fix.

Then my son fessed up that he’s failing thermodynamics. So after a good spell of anger, then a little cry (him too), I did what I do best. Find a solution. He is withdrawing. It was almost too late. Of course that affects his Fall classes so he emailed his advisor. He’s excelling in dynamics with a high A so there’s that. Parent lectures are not fun. He’s just not his normal self. I don’t think any of us are.

I really like butterscotch and I put smoked butterscotch in my bcf cart. I worked on a cart today. I’m waiting on that lemon cream wafer to come back in stock but I may not wait for it. I really really want to try the aged bourbon cream from WF to see if it’s anything like the real flavors version.

If fedex ever decides to deliver my WF sample pack then I’ll do a sft of the abc. It’s been sitting at the local fedex depot for four days.

Maybe they're vaping it? That is not right, shouldn't happen with FedEx or anyone else.

I'm watching baseball, my beloved horrible Giants. Last night they were down 6-3 and won 7-6! I was amazed.

Made Baby Back Ribs earlier in my regular Foodi, they were spectacular as always LOL.

Sorry, but I respectfully disagree. You cannot replace the texture of inhaling the smoke from combustable materials like tobacco, but I happen to believe I can recreate the actual flavor of tobaccos through extraction.
I agree, but the response was directed at my "tobacco mix" recipe (and I totally want to try NETs)
By the way, I am quite happy with my mix (but it needs more vanilla... the VT Vanilla has always seemed weak to me) Will dilute it this weekend (but mixed it strong on purpose) Really happy with the tobacco flavors and the caramel is OK too, Will dilute it tomorrow and post final % (sorry if I confused everyone with my crazy method of mixing) Will post proper recipe this week-end.

I didn't get a lot done today but did finish a review if anyone is looking for a powerful, tiny pod device:
I won one in a contest here on ECF... loved it at first (like the 0.5 ohm pod the best) but they do leak (maybe I made the juice too much PG but most pods like that) Otherwise it's a great pod system. What juice (VG/PG ratio) are you using?

My Mom always makes us our favorite cake for our birthdays. My middle brother's is homemade peanut butter cake, his wife's is homemade strawberry cake, and mine is boxed german chocolate.
For me, it's been german chocolate cake since I was a kid (had it at a genuine German restaurant when I was young) Still want to make a vape juice like that ;)

Basically I have determined there is no such thing as a good chocolate. I’ve abandoned all efforts. Chocolate is not meant to be a vape
I love my chocolate vapes (although they do tend to taste like "tootsie roll") Unfortunately, they do seem to be coil/wick killers. :( Same for coffee (and I love it too) Haven't tried both together (maybe when I know it's time to rebuild and just say what the heck)

I did not realize how popular butterscotch was. It’s quite popular. I mean, it’s basically caramel but not as dark. So I’m going thru several brands to see what works best for me. The popular opinion is Flavor West and Flavorah are the ones working best for most people. At least among the die hard butterscotch fans. They both make variants.

I got a bottle of smoked butterscotch FLV on my last flavor order. I have not tried it yet, but it seems like it may be an interesting flavor to play with.

I don't think caramel and butterscotch taste at all similar but it was one of those foods I encountered after my tastebuds were set (unlike @FranC with her shark tastebuds that are fresh and sharp although she doesn't like it either) and like, it was an "American candy, " and well, I suppose the first "candy" you try after Belgian Chocolate or whatever is gonna make you hurl, and that was Butterscotch for me.

So @Bronze can't vape like, chocolates, and I can't vape butterscotch. Maybe I should try a recipe of chocolate called "You can't too vape a good chocolate" and Bronze could make me one that like is called, "Butterscotch not gonna hurl."

Although after his horrified reaction to like my lack of headroom in my frozen nic it would definitely have to be a written recipe.

Oh, I bottled up the rest of nic in GLASS!! It all fits. You know the weird thing? The only nic that I left in glass for ANY period (Nic river the oldest, and Heartlands the youngest but not that young, well the only stuff that went oxidized at ALL was the Armor V1 nic (the kind that comes in plastic.) I don't think it was more than 6-7 months old and interestingly, I had enough glass to rebottle like, ONE bottle of Armor nic which was completely clear and odorless. This got... well actually kind of butterscotch colored. I am definitely going to use it first.

And I DEFINITELY recommend like, putting your nic in glass. I am glad I did it. Headroom left. I am gonna have to use that nic first I think.

Didn't see this before my other post. I think the smoked butterscotch sounds interesting from the descriptions I have read on ELR. Many say the "smoked" component can be a tad strong if used over 2%. I am noticing it's used with a lot of tobacco recipes as well. I need to start trying it.

I agree with hittman in regards to Butterscotch Ripple FW. It's a good one.

I am vaping a tasty two flavor mix right now. Caramel butter WF and Butter Pecan Pie WF are very nice together.

I hope everyone has been well.
